Within his primary practice he always taken exceptional care of myself and several friends. I will add 1 of which was on hard times and Dr. Chinnici was able to help her free of charge and without hesitation. He and his staff also contacted the pharmaceutical manufacturer to obtain free life saving medication to help. It's truly sad to read this post because I can say Dr. Chinnici has a long standing practice and he truly goes above and beyond. He has devoted his life to putting the needs of his patients 1st at all times. He's an incredible asset and we need more doctors like him!

Today I called to get a medical record from 2 years ago that I needed and I was rudely told by…read morestaff that they have a new system and only have my records from a year ago. How is it acceptable and possible as my primary care doctor only has records from 1 year ago. I am concerned that my doctor cannot see patterns of trend or change in my overall health and thinks this is ethical and acceptable behavior. I expressed my concerns and the girl that I spoke with in "medical records" was extremely nasty and rude and honestly should be fired immediately. She should not be working with people in any capacity. I will be changing doctors asap. Past and new patients beware of this office and their incompetent staff.

Later on in the appointment, a different doctor who I don't recall the name of entered the room. He was a complete jerk who talked down to me as if I was clinically insane. He drilled the importance of prescribing mind numbing pills to help "calm" my anxiety. I was visiting the office mainly for coughing, shortness of breath, and phlegm. The way he talked down to me caused the most intense anxiety attack I think I've ever had? He also then brought his own moral beliefs into the conversation. By the end of his 5 minute soapbox, I had completely forgot about the reason I was even there. I looked at my mother who was also slightly shaken by the experience and we tried to conclude the office visit as quickly as possible. I feel bad for the nice lady doctor I was there to see. However I completely believe that the condescending jerk of a doctor who talked to me like I was living incorrectly, should find a new occupation. DO NOT VISIT THIS OFFICE.

I have known the doctors and staff at this practice for decades. Doctor Zimmerman has helped me…read morethrough a maze of neurological problems. He is kind, caring. He looks you in the eye and listens. His skill and credentials are excellent. On the rare occasions I have seen Dr. Monastersky he demonstrated the same qualities. Many of the staff members have been since 1990, they have never failed me. Sometimes you have to wait, but it's well worth it.
