The unrushed atmosphere is wonderful, and the staff superb. Dr. Carson is highly knowledgeable and up-to-date on the latest meds, conditions, procedures, diagnostics, etc., and readily shares how he determines appropriate treatment. He welcomes patient questions and input. I particularly appreciate that he isn't an alarmist and works with the patient to figure out the optimal approach to address a medical issue. In my experience there has been a depersonalization regarding the patient /frontdesk contact which might not be experienced by newer patients over the past few months. Am hoping this will improve. And she did in a timely manner. My husband called the sleep study office they said it would take 7-10 days to get the approval. It was approved in 5 days.
