They recently "repaired" my focus after the deer damage I get the vehicle back about 4 1/2 weeks later and while on pick up, I notice MULTIPLE runs in the clear. I alerted Steve and he proceeded to wet sand them. No biggie. He wet sanded then buffed. He ended up burning the clear coat with the buffer and damaging the paint. He then proceeded to use the excuse that "it's the aftermarket bumper, or the ridges in the paneling". I ended up taking the car home. The next day I pull the car in the sun and notice scratches over paint and multiple more runs and bubbles in the paint. So I bring it back for the 2nd time. He proceeds to fix a few things but still left damaged clear coat. I pick the vehicle up and don't say anything because I just want my damn car back. I go to leave and head to work. At work I notice my tires completely flat. Turns out, they put my mudflaps back on and didn't tighten the bolts and didn't instal the j clips. So the bolt went into my tire. I'm pissed at this point so I call mihelys and all he has to say is. "I'm sorry you're not happy and I have plenty of work I don't need yours". I will be submitting all this to the BBB. If you want shit work done and a shop that just wants the insurance money. Then feel free, and head there. If you want quality work. You'll have to find any where else. My insurance paid him over 10k minus the deductible. Not to mention when I picked up the car the amount of compound caked all over the car. They made no effort to clean the vehicle. They damaged my air filter, my wipers, my headlight mounting was broken from bolt being over tightened. I haven't removed the bumper and inspected underneath yet. So I'm sure the list will get longer. Pictures of damaged paint, and swirls from bad buffing
