Hired them to paint (replace drywall/Sheetrock, etc.). They messed up the color but it's fine we can work with it. Otherwise great job. It looks good. He convinced me to hire him to complete the rest ofvthe work. I had a contractor waiting to do the floors and a cleaner thereafter. He said he could complete the floors and he and his wife could do the cleaning at a more reasonable price. So I said okay. The flooring (incomplete and laid incorrectly), cleaning (post construction - never happened). They had a great start very communicative, eager and hard working. Not sure if they ran out of steam and got tired. Before the job was completed they ghosted me. Asked me to advance them for the remainder of the work and more material. They said they would finish the work in two days. Two days turned into another week. When I contacted them, they said the work would be finished the next day. I had someone go by the house to take pictures, floors were laid on the top floor (laid incorrectly baseboards, doors and vents removed or missing) the main floor hadn't been touched and it looks like they didn't have enough flooring to complete the entire job. After he asked for and received more money to buy flooring and supplies. We had two contractors come by to finish the floors, they won't touch it because of the botched job. Finally got a contractor to do the work. They will have to remove all of the flooring previously laid and relay it correctly or they won't do it. Red flags: * No legit payment options - only cash payment * Doesn't stick to the contract/agreement (materials and 10% of the work) They kept asking for more money - so they were paid in full before completing the work. * Always asking for more money * Ghosts you * Kept saying "I'm just a nice guy", "I'm a really nice guy". If you have to keep saying it, you're probably not. Who are you trying to convince me or yourself? They can't be trusted! For your sanity and peace of mind please do not hire these people or bring them into your home. They will ghost you - guaranteed. If I'd seen the reviews beforehand I wouldn't have hired them.

They cracked a washer (twisting it too hard while cleaning the shower) so the showerhead no longer stays on the pipe. When I asked for them to come and look at it, with photos as proof, he asked if I installed it properly. They were the only ones who have touched it since I initially put it on. After telling them it worked fine until after they worked on it, they ghosted me. They now refuse to answer my texts or calls. Owner kept saying how he had an amazing insurance policy but he won't own up to breaking things? Very unprofessional. I only gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because they at least did the rest of it well.

They did come back to attend to those items but the supervisor was not happy about having to return. During our next service there were numerous spots in the house that were not clean including-- dust/dirt on the stairs, areas where the floor had dust bunnies, closet floor not cleaned again, tooth paste on the bathroom sink. I supplied pictures of the uncleaned areas. A team returned the next day to clean the spots, only to find out that the quote we received from the owner included cleaning of many items the cleaning crew wasn't aware of. They did touch up a few spots, but again did not clean the closet floor even after a picture was supplied. After supplying all of this feedback and asking to cancel our service the company didn't even try to retain our business or fix the situation. After spending nearly 1K on cleaning, we couldn't be more disappointed with this service.
