I walked into Tobacco Joes confused and very overwhelmed but the vast number of choices and price variances in E-Cigs. I started with the question "What's the difference between spending $19.99 (starter kit) and $100". The salesman actually told me a starter kit might be a good idea "in case I didn't like vaping, then I would be out $100 and I could always upgrade". He patiently spent almost and hour with me going over pros and cons of the different models and I ended up choosing a mid-range itaste vv that is perfect for me. Got my products their, the coil master and attomizer. But when I got home the coil master would not work, and the attomizer shorted out in about a week. They would not refund these products. So if you want to waste your money, then yes go to this store. I spent $150 there, and now I can't even return it. Worst customer service I have ever del with at a vape store. read more

I came here based on yelp reviews and I was so impressed as everyone else was That posted a 5 star reveiew. Came looking for a lemon lime juice flavored juice and left better educated on a newer and better rig that I was able to try before I bought and left happy with a great flavor and new and better rig. These guys know there stuff and are eager too help cause they know and love to vape. I will be back. Its a fun and comfortable environment for newbies or advanced users. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I went in not knowing what I was doing. The guy there named justin was the person who helped me. I was there for about an hour asking questions about the devices they had to see what the difference was and what was best to buy for my fiance. Justin and I had been talking and I told him about my fiance debating if he wanted to quit smoking or not. So I was hesitant to get a device. In the end I was debating to get 1 or not but was then talked into by justin to get 1 anyways cause he had told me I had 30 days to return it. The device that was sold to me was the ijoy diamond vcp. 5 days..less then a week later I tried to take it back thinking I had 30 days to return it like I was told. When we tried to take it back they said 30 days manufacture defect not 30 days to return it. So now they won't take the device back and I'm stuck with a 65 dollar device but I spent 90 something with the juice. I got a call from 1 of there managers but still nothing resolved. I went in today to see justin who sold me the device and all they did was give me a bottle of juice that I looked online that I could buy for 12 bucks and a 10 dollar off coupon. They said they would swap out my device but not my money back. He said i had enough credit to swap out the device and a bottle of juice but in the end all i got was a bottle of juice and i still had to keep the device i had. I won't be going to this place anymore cause i feel as if justin was just tryin to sell something to me cause i didn't know what I was doing. This place to me doesn't care. I'm so upset about this that I went online to price the device I got there and online at element vape the same device is only 29.99. I could of gotten 2 devices for the price of 1 and only 3 days for delivery. Lesson learned read more

Went to Tobacco Joes today for the first time on the off chance that they may have a replacement glass for my Kraken atomizer. They definitely did! In fact, they had SO MUCH rebuildable atomizer/mod equipment it was fantastic! In fact, my kraken atomizer top wouldn't fit back on the atomizer with the new glass (not the glass's fault, my fault for buying a cheap kraken clone with extra thin glass) and so one of the people who worked there, Josh, frankensteined together an RBA using his own steam turbine atomizer as parts! Then jerryrigged my kraken top to fit the steam turbine atomizer. Now I have two functional atomizers instead of one unusable kraken. These guys really go above and beyond for customer service. Bottom line: if you're thinking about getting into vaping or are already an experienced vaper you gotta check this place out. They even have a tinkering station where you can build coils and wick setups! They are also more than happy to get you started with your first build. Oh yeah, forgot to mention their great tasting bar with premium e liquids, which really is something cool that they offer. But then again, you probably have heard about that from other reviews. Long story short, these guys are THE BEST AROUND for all your vaping needs, even better than shops that advertise they're into vaping. Make the right decision and go to Tobacco Joes for any of your rebuildable/vaping equipment or advice. read more
