But they also sell fancy cigars, cold beverages, and scratch tickets. The best part is the couple that owns this place, they are amazing. They always remember what I smoke & inform of any upcoming specials. I recently bought my Dad some cigarettes as a gift, but couldn't remember what specifically he smoked. The guy who works there (I'm such a jerk to never remember his name) knew both who my Dad was AND what he smoked. They have excellent prices, great service, and are always in stock. Plus, they are open 7 days a week which is phenominal. A true mom & pop kinda shop.

Owner is great to work with, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about making sure you get what you are looking for. He has even gone above and beyond when i was sold a defective product , he exchanged it at his expense. I won't go anywhere else for any kind of medium expense purchase or higher, because he really -deserves- the business, whereas other smoke shops give off a feeling that they are being bothered to help you and lack even the most basic manners... Great vape shop. I found what I was looking for way cheaper than other vape stores in the area. Like $8 cheaper per pack for Ziip Pods. No brainer! I am going back regularly. Staff is friendly and very attentive. They have a great selection too. I find it kind of funny that others have given bad reviews on the prices of cigarettes. Seriously?!? Why would you go to a vape shop for cigarettes and then complain that you can get them cheaper less than a block away. I've literally never left a yelp review before, but this place deserves it! I was just in there speaking with one of the owners, Junaid, about how he tries to connect with each and every person that walks through his door. In an age where customer service is dwindling across the board this place still has the right idea. He talked to me about where I'm from, what I do for a living, and even gave me his business card. I ran out of juice while here for work and was recommended to stop in to burnout smoke. I'm unfamiliar with alot of the juice brands they have up here and was a little overwhelmed due to the surprising amount of options. The owner was super patient and kind and asked me what flavors i preferred. He patiently engaged me while I was browsing and recommended a pink lemonade ice flavor which is really great! Prices are what I'm used to and it was surprisingly affordable for all the weird new laws in the PNW. read more

I pick up cigars from him occasionally (if he reads this he is he will know who I am because I get My Father cigars from him usually ). It's was saying something like not enough ohms or something . Well then I drop it and break the glass trying to get it to work . So then I go back to strictly vape. I'm a work during all this so I'm in a hurry - I go in there to buy a glass piece and explain to the guy that the coil wasn't working and that's how I broke it . He grabs a new coil puts it in my mod and the new one works I pay for what I think is just the glass piece which is fine but I check my account later and notice he charged me for the coil too . I just feel like he should've replaced the broken coil - I kinda used to go in there a lot because they were nice but if I can't even get products replaced when they don't work then I'm going elsewhere

This is an older building but has plenty of parking space, and space inside, too. There are tons of buds, waxes, vapes, utensils, and so on behind the counters. Have your ID ready at the door. They do have an ATM on site, of course. We avoided this place for a while after a chance awkward interaction the first time, but now we keep noticing sales and specials online. We tried again and now it's my dude's main stop. Nice kids, great deals, and he sends them all his business. I still love how these places smell, and lots of the product names are very clever.
