However I had planned a surprise renewal ceremony on the beach in Huntington Beach, California. My husband had no idea! Jenna was so great to work with! A few months prior to the ceremony, she came with me to the site to scout out the spot where she would hide out and take those photographs of my husband's shocked face. Jenna is amazing to work with! Even though she is a newborn/family photographer, she understands the connection between husband and wife. When the day came, she hid behind the cars, and when we walked down the stairs to meet our officiant, I could not see her at all! She hid well! Then she popped out, and started taking photos of us, and my husband's face lit up in joy. He was so surprised when he saw the officant waiting with us, and then once he saw Jenna, he was beyond shocked. (fist pump to Jenna, like we did it!!). During dinner, I also had been texting Jenna as we were running late, and she was so good at communicating with me. She was prepared for bright sun light, or low light. :) During our ceremony, Jenna was capturing each and every moment, and in a way that I did not even know she was there. So we enjoyed our renewal without the clicking of the camera or flash. I was so happy I had Jenna there to take photographs of such a special moment in our lives. 10 years of marriage captured that day! :) I highly recommend Jenna, as she is professional, kind, understanding, and easy going. Jenna is SO talented when dealing with children. She can get our crazy toddler to laugh for pictures when she's cranky, and she was SO patient with our newborn, not rushing the session at all. She took her time calming him, rocking him, giving us breaks to feed him, and didn't get grossed out one bit when our newborn son pooped on her 4 times during the session! Jenna is the perfect combination of professional and fun to work with. She is also extremely efficient. She has gotten our edited pictures to us one week after our session both times! With other photographers we have used in the past, it has taken at least a month to get them back. We have also ordered large prints from her from our sessions and they are so beautiful! The quality is something you just can't get if you are printing them yourself. We highly recommend Jenna to anyone looking for any type of photo session you may be looking for! The two attendants that we had to assist with professional and had AMAZING customer service the whole evening. We had a lot of children at the wedding and they were so patient with them. The photographer Missy spent time the days before visiting the locations I wanted to have the pictures done. Although it was out of her way and took a lot of her time, she was so nice and patient and helped me chose the best locations of my list to get the best shots. She didn't even charge for that! The day of the shoot, we felt so relaxed and prepared. When we showed up she had an assistant and brought amazing props that we used which brought a whole new spin to our pics that I loved! She has the best ideas and knows how to get the best of what you want in your photos. I ended up getting so many prints because they were all so great! I'm looking forward to my next photo shoot, she's planning themes events and does all kinds of pics from outdoor family to weddings to school pics to events to indoor lingerie pics! I almost cried after watching one of Life's Story Studios wedding boutique films! They can do…read moreweddings, bar/batmitzvahs, portraits, corporate headshots, promo videos; pretty much you name it they can do it . Even though he's a religious son of a bitch, I had fun working with him and I will always have fun working with him and Amy. For 2 hours we laughed our butts off getting the amazing images that we did. He let me be who I am which is a crazy nut.

She was available to meet multiple times before the wedding in order to go over what I wanted and what she would need to do the day of the wedding. Amy even visited the wedding site months before so she would have a better idea of where things were. Then Amy completely coordinated the rehearsal. She was a million times better and more organized than the wedding coordinator the venue provided. The day of my wedding was a dream and ran completely smooth (even though it rained!). Amy was organized down to the tiniest detail. She even made sure I drank water and had food in my stomach. She is an expert at coordinating others. Amy had no problem directing the other vendors and my decorating helpers. Amy, I cannot say thank you enough! You took all of the stress off of me and I was able to enjoy my big day! Got married 09/2025. The day of our wedding it was drizzling on and off all day, followed by…read moreintense heat in between. The staff showed up on time and took decent getting ready pictures. I was excited that they were asking me questions and seemingly getting my responses on video. I liked how I thought they were setting things up with the videography. We took our bridal party photos and SOME photos with family. Prior to the wedding date we had a long phone conversation going over all the pictures my husband and I were wanting, and maybe it was just because we were overwhelmed with the heat, the rush of the day, or something else, but it seems like none of those pictures were taken that we wanted. We brought our dog halfway across town to have pictures with us and it seems like he's only in a couple. The reference pictures I sent to the photographer looked nothing like what was taken. I'm still upset that I don't have pictures with my in laws, my parents individually, my extended family, etc. The rain picked up right after our ceremony and while we were outside taking our landscape pictures. Given that this is a main selling point when they show their galleries, I was disappointed that we had seldom pictures and only one drone shot. Again though, the day was busy. But I wish they pushed us more to get more content, or even candids. Anything to preserve the day. Once dinner was over they asked us if we wanted to go back out and take more pictures but the light was gone and the party was starting. We didn't really want to leave our family waiting so we opted out. They got good footage of the party, and eventually let us know they were heading out for the night. A few days later we received our pictures which were for the most part great, apart from a few blurry and overexposed shots. A few weeks after that we got our videos-which is really where my disappointment sets in. Our compilation wedding video was very nice, no complaints there. The raw video of the ceremony however has major audio issues. The speech videos also have terrible audio, and some are missing. The videographer was kind enough to email me my speech to my mom, but again terrible audio. Given what we invested for the photos and video, I was let down. I still see content made by the company showing their dedication to getting the best for clients and am saddened that we didn't get that treatment. Everyone was incredibly kind but the quality of the pictures and video speaks for itself. Our DJ Tayzen however was incredible, did exactly what we asked, and was very interactive with us, asking questions and keeping us informed. Getting a hold of someone to even book was a pain as well. It took multiple emails and phone calls.

These two are the perfect pair as they complement each other and work so well together! The communication was very strong and they were always willing to answer any questions we had. They are both very experienced and truly made our day flow very smoothly and it was very stress free on our end. I could tell they both truly enjoy their work and it is a passion of theirs. I truly couldn't have pictured a more beautiful wedding and they played a huge role in it! I highly recommend this company, but a special recommendation for both Glenna and JC! Our night was truly magical thanks to both of them!
