While I tend to prefer the simplicity of the 1837 collection, it was interesting to find the item as the cuff is no longer carried as part of the Atlas line. It was more than a little frustrating that it took me telling my husband that the bracelet matches my watch before the woman working in the store bothered to acknowledge us. We left. I told my husband I was considering purchasing the cuff as a birthday present for myself...but couldn't imagine spending my money in a location who took one look at my husband and myself and decided we couldn't afford anything in the store.

Guy from Jeweler's Touch stood out in his quick responses and helpfulness. When we arrived that evening to speak to someone, Brandon was amazing. He was friendly, super patient, and explained everything. He understood how difficult it was to look for rose gold chains, especially when thicker too. I was super indecisive and he gave me all the time in the world to look through their gold book which had all kinds of designs and thickness scaled to life size so I could place my pendant on it to imagine how it would look. He also brought out samples of chain types as I picked out ones to see if I'd like the look in person. He ended up finding an estate gold chain that looked absolutely perfect for my husband's pendant in shine and style. We tried it for a few days (they give you 30 days hassle-free) and my husband knew it wasn't the right length of style for his personal preference and our tuggy toddlers within one day. It was gorgeous and I wished it worked out, but maybe not for us. We came back a few days later after Christmas Eve and Brandon helped me out again with the return and gave me suggestions for the length of my husband's necklace based on preference. I saw people coming in and out during the two times I went and I see why. These people are amazing, patient, knowledgeable, super friendly and not pushy at all. I wanted this headband, it was beautiful. As I took it to the girl, she walked over, took the tag out of my hand, set it on top of a spinning rack and told me I was wrong. She said the piece was $14.50, there was not another there, and she did not take the time to look up the item in her computer, had she looked she would have seen that it was in fact $8.50. I am very disappointed in her lack of salesmanship. Oh well, I found the headband online and now it is buy one get one free. Last time I will go to that Claires.
