Great service experience every time. Appointment and check in process is easy and the complimentary drink is a nice touch.

Mobile experience. Overall good experience but probably will only do the storefront or not do the kiddos for mobile. Kids - no booster or way to secure the kiddos so we became the safety devices. Service: Everyone here was very friendly and very welcoming. We decided as we were overdue for my son's haircut to get a quick hair. And this is the only reason I think that I would probably rate it 4 stars is it did take a substantial amount of time. Now it did turn out pretty good so I'm very happy with that but it's probably not ideal for little kids haircuts for a mobile for that reason or at least not toddler ones lol. They did use lingo I didn't understand for haircuts so I didn't understand the barbers question but owell, not important. Atmosphere: You wouldn't think a bus would be as comfortable as it was but there was plenty enough room for at least 2 or 3 customers plus awaiting area. Price so this place is not cheap but again it was very convenient and it's not too crazy off from what kids haircuts usually are at specialty places. It was $32 I believe for tip. Overall I would probably give this place another shot in general for men's haircuts. As I said they did do a pretty good for a squirmy toddler. read more

I took my son here yesterday for the first time. He is a super shy 13 year old who didn't communicate well what he wanted. I stepped in after Maidy was almost done because I knew something wasn't right. Anywhere else the barber would have been upset over having to essentially cut his hair twice for the price of a single haircut. We were the last client of the day...Maidy took it with grace and stayed way past closing getting his cut perfect. I made sure we tipped her well for such amazing service!!!! My son has had the same barber for 10 years and she has moved away, he was worried about a new person, but honestly this is the best cut he has ever had!!! Maidy is his new girl, so thankful for her! I'd like to find a nice place (not a chain) for my boys to get their haircut but I'm going to keep looking. The price was pretty high-- twice as much as we've paid at chains, which I'd be okay with if the cuts were exceptional. They weren't. Better than Supercuts but not Sport Clips. They also need to up their cleaning procedures. I saw them using the same cape for multiple customers and they did not spray the chairs down in between customers. The barbers were having a great time chatting with one and other which resulted in lots of pausing of the actual hair cutting. They spent maybe 8 minutes tops on each of my boys cuts and put no product in their hair. In summary, paid twice as much for haircuts that weren't great at a place that wasn't very clean with less than friendly/professional staff. Pass. read more
