But we were glad to go here on a busy Fourth of July. We were the last customers in the door before closing and glad to have a good meal - and pie - and enjoy some welcome air conditioning. The staff was generous and kind throughout. Soup, sandwiches, Mac and cheese all great and so was the almost mandatory cherry pie. 5 well deserved stars for simple food delivered quick and tasty.

We ordered the walleye and lake perch, they were both so yummy! I normally don't like eating seafood, but they both tasted mild and didn't have a strong fish flavor. The fried fish were crispy and flakey. The walleye was my favorite! I am now a huge fan of fish & chips. There's no indoor seating, but there's tables and chairs outside for those who want to eat there! Also, the kitchen is closed on Wednesday's!
