This truck was a reliable vehicle and it started to misfire, so they put in plugs, misquoted the price. and it too 2 weeks. Then the cam phasers, then timing belt and finally blew the engine. After the engine seized they left it on the side of the road for a week before we decided to have it towed to our home. they never called to say it was disabled and not at their shop, they lied to me, called me a liar and were more than willing to stop working on it to "rescue" over the road trucks or other clients. I would not take a lawn mower to them for an oil change.
