Dr. Sameri goes above and beyond for her patients, and so does her staff. Here's a few examples. She recommends treatments and honestly tells you how necessary a procedure is. The other dentists I saw simply recommends a treatment without considering the necessity. They do a more thorough cleaning appointment vs other dentists, taking ~45 min rather than ~30 min at 3 other dentists I compared to. Also, and my personal favorite, they're a lot more punctual than other dentists, saving me valuable time. They have excellent availabilities, and even for emergency appointments. This is the place to go.

how do u guys a positve review..?? i came to durham dental…read moreneeding only a simple filling.. during covid where the dentists have to wear a mask.. however, the smelly owner was doing my filling, and with my mouth wide open.. he spat when he spoke and actually spat directly into my mouth... now, instead of fixing one single filling... they decided to drill it down to nothing.. but also sliced into the mouler next to it and refused to fix it. and because of that and not checking my bite like a professional.. i actually lost a third tooth... now my entire grill is all messed up and i can hear and feel a 4th tooth cracking.. i gave them a 1 of 5 cause theres no zero. and.. one day i was trying to ask for a perscription for simple ib profen at the desk where out of nowhere.. the smelly owner guy rushed the front desk where i was standing and rudly accused me of asking for peracept when i wasnt. they continued to be rude af to me. and the big blonde behind the desk had quite the mouth on her from what i can recall. thretening to call the police on me for no reason what so ever... i would never ever refefer these people who needs any kind of work nor a simple check up as there likely to spit directly into your mouth and not use deoderant. i can allways take this down. but i wont as these people did not want to listen. and did horrible dentistry.

All of the dentist that we have met have been very professional and personable. My wife and daughter have appreciated doctor Anne. She is always very kind and attentive to their needs and concerns. My experiences with Doctor Shenouda have been very positive. He is a very skilled dentist, but is also willing to patiently work with you if there are any small concerns with making sure that your teeth are perfectly fitted. I had a tricky procedure with a tooth that took a few visits until I was completely satisfied with how I felt. Each time I came, Dr.Shenouda listened and worked until I was completely satisfied. The technicians have also been attentive and patient when taking care of you. My last visit with Neeha was exceptional. She was so thorough and careful to not cause any pain or discomfort. I had not visited for a while and she took extra time with removing all plaque. Finally all of the staff that greet you and make appointments are also very polite and kind. They are friendly and always greet you with a welcoming smile, and also say goodbye as if they cared that you visited. Michelle, who basically runs the office, is especially caring, and considerate. Ever since our company insurance had run out, Michele has been incredibly supportive, and always tries her best to accommodate in anyway that she can. She has given us a very fair rate over the last couple of visits. We never even have had to call and ask for the same price. I have over 25 years experience in the dental field and have been out of it for about 10 years now. So to say the least, I'm super observant when it comes to my dental appointments. King Ritson Dental has exceeded my expectations, all of their team members and doctors are extremely down to earth, very friendly, and excellent at what they do. I don't feel like I'm going to the dentist when I go to my appointments, I feel like I'm visiting friends.

I called reschedule, then gentlemen that answered the phone told me it was because I need a surgical dentist so he booked me in for another date. I had expressed how I need this molar pulled as its causing me such great discomfort. He put me on hold to check then gave me my appointment. I arrived today to once again told by this dentist they can't do it either must book with a surgical dentist I said that who i was supposed to see. So once again. Im out money for 2 days and having to pay a driver to drop me off . Im on Disability and can't afford losing $$ and now im broke and have to sit here for 2hrs for a free ride. I don't have any money to get a ride back another day. The dentist I did see was trying to wiggle and push on the tooth to see how loose it was and now is bothering more than usual. They just said nothing they could do, nor had any interest. I asked what can I do for the pain..she said Advil and told me it will probably be a month to see the surgeon as they are only in 1x month. So I sit and wait in pain. Broke and frustrated they said even then there is no guarantee he could remove it????when it was their clinic that did a root canal on it and now it sits my sinus cavity.

She made me feel like an idiot for asking her to point them out to me. After this, I got opinions from other dentists, including a family member, who told me I indeed have no cavities. Dr. Afson Ferdosmakan also bad-mouthed a patient before me, alluding to the fact that the patient was dumb for taking a shot of apple cider vinegar daily. What happened to patient confidentiality? However, this review is not a reflection on the other staff, who were all very nice and accommodating. I just felt like I was getting hustled, so I've taken my business elsewhere and I am very pleased now.
