I found out that my family got me all new furniture after buying a new house in a different town 45 minutes away. I went back today 7/11/25 after calling and speaking with am associate who told me to come by between 2 and 5 PM when the managers would be in the store. SO I WENT BACK AT 2:30 with my receipt of my first half being paid for but showing that I still owed for the other half which was only $175.00 but still I am not trying to waste money if not needed. Same guy who answered this morning practically rolled his eyes and said he isn't management and could not just cancel my order and put the money back on my card. I am moving due to a domestic violence incident, but him and his other associate gaslit me into saying come back later the owners will be here then ..... I called a girl that I oiginally got to deal with the first time I was there and paid the initial payment and she was let go 2 weeks ago and said those 2 guys are who handles this issue, management is THEM. They were the rudest people considering that table STILL HAS NOT LEFT THAT STORE and they weren't even attempting to help. The customer service line goes to them...OH YEAH I FORGOT that management I was told to come back around 6 was named Abraham. I called at 6:15 pm as they instructed...guess who found out that Abraham was one of the guys I saw the first time I entered the store. He Told me he was not management and there was no phone number or email I could call or send to and their busted website doesn't help. I GUESS THEY DONT CARE ABOUT WOMEN FLEEING HOMES BC THEIR EX HUSBAND IS GOING TO COME AFTER THEM IF THEY LET HIM OUT ON THE 22nd of July when he goes to court in Dawson County. His hit me before and I am moving to a home far from here to escape him because he broke and DESTROYED my house top to bottom when I was at work on 6/13/25 and was arrested. Thank guys for taking money out of my pocket and not even giving me the table I paid 1/2 for. TOTAL I ALREADY PAID $175.00 -- I could have used the money for the PO Box needed to keep me safe. The styles are fresh, up-to-date and yet inviting and comfortable. When I go to the store, I have to take multiple laps to make sure that I don't miss a thing. As for the design services, Savannah took my ideas and put together looks that I would never have done on my own, but love single thing.

Also, Martin Furniture knowingly uses a delivery company that has an F rating on BBB. This delivery company did damage to my home and all Martin furniture could say was o well. It is limited... don't end up liking something and thinking you'll get it next week... that most likely won't be the case. They have a lot to choose from. However some items are a bit WOW on the price side so be careful, you could fall in love with a $10,000 chair! The staff was not high pressure and they offer free in home consultation and design. Very nice place to get ideas, find those pieces you have been looking for and spend a mint!

The place is laid out well and the different booths show the personalities and tastes of the owner of the booth. Some shared my taste. Others didn't.
