Before tree delivery I asked what kind of warranty there would be given as it was a transplant. Jason said "as long as I don't come out and find it bone dry there would be a warranty." The tree has not survived and they are now unwilling to honor their word and make it right. On top of that, 3 yards of conditioned garden soil was to be delivered. Instead we received practically mulch with trash in it. The delivery truck also drove in our grass and left a 15 foot trail of diesel in our grass and all the way down the road. The grass died and had to be replaced. Stay away! Very very dishonest company.

We did end up standing in the line but it went pretty quick. Very organized where they announce the next available register number so when it's your turn you can proceed to the register they called. Plexiglass up at the registers and they are sterilizing the carts when you leave. Greeter at the door that's responsible for the cart cleaning. They have pickup available as well. My husband worked directly with Jennifer. She was knowledgeable, kind, respectful and thorough. Once a plan was made they recommended other contractors to cut down the oak tree and extend our retaining wall, and repair our irrigation system. All three were excellent. The crew from the nursery came one day to take out all the old bushes (they worked very hard) then came back the next day to work their magic! By the end of the day, our yard was incredible! Another landscaper working across the street asked to take pictures he was so impressed! Their prices were very reasonable and their designs, plants and landscaping mulch and rocks were beautiful! I can't say enough about their service, work ethic, quality products and reasonable prices. Thank you Kilpatrick Nursery!!!
