That couch has seen more naps than I care to admit. Afternoon sun comes in, warms the room just right, and suddenly I am fighting for my life to stay awake. Spoiler alert, I never win. Fast forward to recently when my very large uncle decided to take a seat. I will not name names to protect the guilty, but let's just say physics entered the chat. The support straps underneath finally gave up after nearly a decade of loyal service and down he went. No injuries, just a bruised ego and a very offended couch. I did what any reasonable person would do and spent way too much time searching the internet for replacement straps or someone who could fix it. Nothing. Dead ends everywhere. Then it hit me. Why not go back to where it all started? So I walked into Casual Living not expecting much, but hoping for a miracle. After a bit of digging on the computer, an employee looked up and said they might have something in the back. She disappeared like she was on a mission. While she was gone, I wandered the showroom and immediately got myself into financial danger. The place is basically an outdoor paradise. Beautiful patio setups, grills that make you want to host a cookout immediately, and enough inspiration to convince you that your backyard should be featured in a magazine. A few minutes later she reappears, casually holding the exact replacement frame like she just pulled Excalibur from the stone. I did not even hesitate. Take my money. They rang me up and I also found a side table that sparked a little inspiration for how I want to set up the space. That inspiration followed me home and led to me ordering a beautiful Robert Louis Tiffany lamp separately to complete the vision. In a world where customer service can feel like a lost art, this place absolutely delivers. They did not just sell me furniture. They saved my favorite nap spot and gave me ideas that turned into a full sunroom glow up. Highly recommend if you appreciate great service, beautiful pieces, and the occasional heroic rescue of a well loved couch.

I found out that my family got me all new furniture after buying a new house in a different town 45 minutes away. I went back today 7/11/25 after calling and speaking with am associate who told me to come by between 2 and 5 PM when the managers would be in the store. SO I WENT BACK AT 2:30 with my receipt of my first half being paid for but showing that I still owed for the other half which was only $175.00 but still I am not trying to waste money if not needed. Same guy who answered this morning practically rolled his eyes and said he isn't management and could not just cancel my order and put the money back on my card. I am moving due to a domestic violence incident, but him and his other associate gaslit me into saying come back later the owners will be here then ..... I called a girl that I oiginally got to deal with the first time I was there and paid the initial payment and she was let go 2 weeks ago and said those 2 guys are who handles this issue, management is THEM. They were the rudest people considering that table STILL HAS NOT LEFT THAT STORE and they weren't even attempting to help. The customer service line goes to them...OH YEAH I FORGOT that management I was told to come back around 6 was named Abraham. I called at 6:15 pm as they instructed...guess who found out that Abraham was one of the guys I saw the first time I entered the store. He Told me he was not management and there was no phone number or email I could call or send to and their busted website doesn't help. I GUESS THEY DONT CARE ABOUT WOMEN FLEEING HOMES BC THEIR EX HUSBAND IS GOING TO COME AFTER THEM IF THEY LET HIM OUT ON THE 22nd of July when he goes to court in Dawson County. His hit me before and I am moving to a home far from here to escape him because he broke and DESTROYED my house top to bottom when I was at work on 6/13/25 and was arrested. Thank guys for taking money out of my pocket and not even giving me the table I paid 1/2 for. TOTAL I ALREADY PAID $175.00 -- I could have used the money for the PO Box needed to keep me safe. Had a lengthy discussion with my sales lady and was told the prices are what the buyer paid when the products are originally acquired. I asked why they don't just mark them up if the price changes. I was told that would discourage customers from buying. Bait and switch? Of course it is! I was so disappointed in such shady business practices, I cancelled my order immediately. Buyer beware!
