Installed the unit and it didn't work. I went through all of the testing procedures. The unit failed and did not run. I have installed over 100 Rheem tankless water heaters and never had a problem. I took the unit back for a refund. They said we don't work that way. You must call a third party to ask for help but we refund nothing. They don't stand behind what they sell. They take your money and run. They take your money, sell you a product that doesn't work and tell you to call some tech support in another state or country. But you are not getting your money back. You have been had! This company doesn't stand behind the products they sell. Call somebody else about your problem but we are keeping your money. The worst customer service I have ever delt with. This company has no integrity! Contractors and homeowners, stay away from this company! They only care about one thing and that is taking your money!!

I went in without an appt but Sandy was able to help me quickly and effectively and get me on my way. When they didn't sell the brand of sink I needed, she even called her distributor and got it for me. Pick up was easy too at the counter. The initial interaction we had was fine, just to find out that once our order was placed, everything went downhill quickly! The Hajoca representative originally told us the order would be delivered within 3-4 weeks. Understanding that we had a tight timeline to meet, she never mentioned about certain parts in this particular color being on back-order. Here we are over 3 months later, and we are STILL waiting on certain Kohler parts for the shower! The expectation was never set appropriately. In addition, we moved forward with using different colored parts to "temporarily" have the bathroom up and running. Sadly, when the fixtures were installed, the toilet was delivered with a piece chipped off the back and cracked, now we have to re-order and wait another 3+ weeks for a new toilet. I'm not sure how this happened, but a truly devastating experience.

We hired them to add an exterior door and a bathroom with pocket doors to our detached garage. The project involved the addition of HVAC and propane plus running water and sewage to the garage. Jeff was great to work with and offered many really great suggestions for our design and the use of the space. He worked very hard to get things turned around in a timely manner and was sensitive to some specific scheduling needs that we had. We couldn't be more thrilled with the finished result and we have received many complements on how good the space looks. As an example of the degree to which he works to make sure things look right: he had to come over to make some adjustments on a couple of outlets, and it caught my attention that when he was reattaching all of the outlet covers, he was making sure that the slots of the screws were all exactly level with the ground. His eye for detail means that the finished result will look great! In the spirit of full disclosure, I knew Jeff as a friend before we hired him for this project (although we hired him based on high recommendations, his design ideas and the competitiveness of his bid). However, regardless of his friendship, the quality of his work speaks for itself and it is based on how pleased we are with that work that I can give him such a positive recommendation. We will definitely be considering him for future projects and others should as well.

With the housing market these days, moving proved very difficult, so we went with an addition instead... The added space is a huge life improvement that is maintaining our sanity! I would highly recommend Dutch Quality. Through the process, everyone that entered our home was so friendly, knowledgeable and thorough! We loved coming home each day to see the progress that was made. Our family is enjoying the increased space and a year plus later, everything still looks beautiful!

Dutch Quality's use of improper roofing nails caused the shingles to fall off after less than 15 years. Properly installed cedar roofing typically lasts at least 50 years. Had to replace at significant additional expense.

This is by far the worst experience I have had with a contractor. June 11, 2013 our long awaited…read moreand highly anticipated kitchen renovation started. The end of September it was finished. From the very beginning scheduling was a major problem. Three days were allowed for the subcontractor that took no more then 1 day each. I found it very frustrating to have 2 out of 3 days with no work being done. When I asked Dave White about this I received a not so nice e-mail back telling me I knew nothing about scheduling. I wish I could say that was the worst of our nightmare. I can't begin to list all the problems so I will just mention a few. Professionalism was very poor from the beginning. I loved it when I found hidden cigarette butts in our cabinets. Hated them taking 20 minute brakes in my bathroom. Our entire kitchen was demolished with only the wall oven, counter top, dishwasher and refrigerator saved for re-install. Apparently during the removal of the wall oven it was damaged. We were never told this. When they went to re-install they tried to "fix" it. The oven did not work. After a week of trying to get it to work we called an appliance store. They are the ones who told us someone had tried to fix it. Dave White never disclosed this information to us. The design of two separate items were flawed. The apron above the sink was about 3" to short. When I asked about getting that fixed I was told by Dave White that is the standard size. I have a custom kitchen! The second big flaw was the microwave/oven that Dave White strongly recommended. Granted it was really nice but where it was placed in our kitchen was way to high making it dangerous and impossible to use without a step stool. Not user friendly. I would think an experienced designer would know about these things. When we went to pick out a new microwave we were told the type we originally had was made to be put in lower. One other thing I do want to mention is overcharge. We did change our sink style/color. The sink we picked out was much less then the sink Dave White picked out. When we needed to adjust the cost they actually charged us $800.00 more! When asked about it they said it was an error. That was not the last time they tried to overcharge us. Beware! After all of the above Dave White did fix everything but at times I felt like it was pulling teeth. THE KITCHEN I SHOULD LOVE I HATE!
