I waited 5 months for this firm to file objections and some sort of paperwork to get my case started and they did absolutely nothing! The court needed objections filed and they did nothing. They allowed the opposing party to lie and manipulate the courts and did nothing to protect the client. The opposing party also created lies and filed false documents and allowed ethics violations go unchecked with no help or protection to their client. Do not believe the legal secretaries or paralegals. They talk a big game to get your money then they sit with their thumb up their ass and dont do work. They are the corruption of the legal system. I asked for my legal file and they say they dont have to give it to me. If you call they ignore your calls and the attorney doesn't call you back. I called multiple times a day then as soon as I called from someone else's phone they finally answered.

It would have been nice if he had given our mom an electronic copy so she could update herself instead of having to go to him for every change. Also Tom Hall's recommendation to use Isabella Band & Trust as the trustee was terrible as we hated working with IBT as they are super slow and incompetent and also Tom Hall is their attorney so he made thousands off his consulting fees for our case. We felt Tom Hall was unethical with some of the things he did with our case and we feel he is dishonest. Also he showed no empathy for our mother's passing.
