They allowed the opposing party to lie and manipulate the courts and did nothing to protect the client. The opposing party also created lies and filed false documents and allowed ethics violations go unchecked with no help or protection to their client. Do not believe the legal secretaries or paralegals. They talk a big game to get your money then they sit with their thumb up their ass and dont do work. They are the corruption of the legal system. I asked for my legal file and they say they dont have to give it to me. If you call they ignore your calls and the attorney doesn't call you back. This is no surprise since he just received his license in 2007, unfortunately I was referred to him from another lawyer. When i told him of my unhappy service his response "well u believed they owed you money and will tell them I no longer represent you". Eventually I did get the money back from the opposing party including the $100 i had spend on this crap lawyer. Just for a consultation and representation he charged me $100. He probably was mad because I didnt want to spend the full 1200 on him to sue them in court and obviously lose from him not understanding the full story/facts.
