Dr. Rice has been my eye doctor sine 1984. For over 30 years, I have been coming to his office. Throughout those years, his staff has always been professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They are skilled in insurance guidelines, the equipment they use in the practice and you'd never know if anyone was having a bad day in that office because they always have a smile and a warm welcome for you. I have seen other eye professionals before Dr. Rice and while they were ok, no one came close to the professionalism and technology and spot on understanding of the eye care profession. I've always left the office confident in what I was told and have never had one problem with a pair of glasses that the prescription was off at all. Frames they carry are of high quality and the business professionals they use for their lenses and frames are of the best. I really can think of no other I would ever visit but Dr. Rice. I have severe astigmatism and Dr. Rice has always been so helpful and knowledgeable of my conditions. He's made extra effort to find me glasses that were not thick and noticeable to others as to the strong prescription behind them, yet the prescription quality was perfect. Dr. Rice is perfection!! I highly recommend Dr Rice and staff for your optometry needs. Dr Rice is very thorough in his exams. I don't know anywhere you would find any better. His staff are excellent in helping you with appointments, choosing the right frame and fitting you. I have never experienced anything but the best. The office hours definitely work for me and I can't imagine them not meet everyone's schedule. The office is very clean.
