It's your body, not theirs, don't let them pressure you into anything that you don't want...and btw, found a holistic dentist that wouldn't do x-rays every single time I go for a cleaning. When I called for directions to the office she was blunt, short and very rude. When I got into the office she was just as such upon check in and check out. I work in the medical field and would never speak to my patients in what I experienced. Upon check out I went back up to the window to inquire about a co-pay as none was mentioned at check in. Rhonda proceeded to say, it was 60, but that I was taken back before she could collect. I questioned this and only then was that statement corrected by her co-worker. I was under the impression that insurance verifications were done prior to appointments.
