**Five-Star Review for Johns Excellent Work**…read more I recently had an issue with the pump in my jet tub, and the situation was complicated because the tub was enclosed with tile and had no access point. I had a jet tub contractor tell me he could fix the pump but he would need to find a contractor who could try to remove my tiles to create an entry point. If one tile was broken I would be faced with a retile of my entire bathroom because my tile is old and likely not found in stores anymore. That same tile covered my floors, surrounding bath and some walls. I had been searching for a contractor for over a month and a half, and everyone I contacted told me it would be impossible to fix without breaking the tile. That all changed when I contacted John. He was able to intricately remove each tile without breaking a single one, remove the drywall behind the tub, replace the pump, and then reinstall the existing tiles perfectly. His precision and attention to detail were truly impressive, and the finished product looks like nothing ever happened. He did the job that I would have had to pay two separate companies to do! Contractor to remove tiles and another to fix my jet tub pump. John's expertise, professionalism, and problem-solving skills are second to none. I highly recommend him to anyone needing skilled craftsmanship. He saved me from what seemed like an impossible situation, and I couldn't be happier with the result! I will try to shorten this story...hired Josh 2 years ago to replace my roof. They seemed to do a…read moregood job. The same day the work was done, I texted Josh and told him the roof line was very wavy and looked uneven. And also my bathroom ceiling had a crack the entire length of it. It appears to have a point of impact where you can see something happened. My guess is his guys stepped on it while replacing the decking. He said the shingles would flatten out when he summer heat came. And said he had never have my ceiling situation happen before and his guys could not have done that. I was home when they started and let me tell you...those guys threw those packages of shingles around so hard that my entire house shook and the dishes in the cupboard rattled. I'm was insane. Anyway...Summer came and roof line was still awful. I had new gutters and leaf guards installed 6 months prior to the roof. So I called gutter company to come back out because something was not right. They said the roofers "completely destroyed"the leaf guards...they were all smashed in. So I will shorten the next 2 years of conversations. He went from it's not my fault to I will come out and replace the leaf guards. And he knows a dry wall person and will send them out. 2 years of me hounding him to fix these problems with nothing but excuses including I'm on vacation, I'll be out there soon, and " I forgot" replies, and I'll replace the bad sections to I'll replace all of it (said he did gutters too and my house is small so his guys could do that in no time) every conversation was a different reply from him. I finally told him I would start leaving bad reviews and he immediately called me and begged me not to do that. We scheduled a time for him to come out. He decided to come out early while I was still at work, took some pictures and called me and said no one puts gutter guards on before a roof (seriously I am the only house he's ever done with existing gutter guards?) and he wasn't responsible. So now I am paying someone to fix my bathroom ceiling and replace my gutter guards. I am pissed. I don't have money to fix his screw ups. I have given him ample time to correct all this and he has not, so now I'm leaving my review on every platform. What makes this worse is we have common friends and he is family to a friend of mine. So while his roof job was good, just know if you hire him and something goes wrong, he is not honorable and will never fix it.

I had to dial, they didn't answer too many calls. that until the afternoon they answered, upset, the person told me what to see through the door and that it was damaged and that she was going to change it. I read that he couldn't come later since he wasn't at home, he got upset, he started yelling at me on the phone and told me that she was going to come and leave the door outside my house. I told him that I could not be responsible for that door, since no one was home the next day, I called his phone many times, he did not answer and he told me that his truck had been stolen and that he had no possibility of coming with put up my garage door. Sunday passed. I waited on Monday, Tuesday, I contacted them, upset again, yelling at me, I had to file a police report and today, Thursday, they promised that they would come in the morning. I called them this afternoon and what was my surprise when they told me that they were not going to come. I wasn't going to do it and I had to wait for my money. If I wanted it for a month or more, it's a very irresponsible company. They try to scare customers away from complaining. I really wouldn't trust a company that threatens its customers. They get upset because they yell on the phone and threaten to call their lawyers if they continue to bother them and they practically try to tell me that they are not going to return my money. I really suggest that you do not trust such people, they are irresponsible and arrogant, to which I suggested that I would go to the door since I already had a check that covered the value of the garage door, and he said no, he did not have it. and that he was not going to give it to me because if I wanted to wait a month, seven days or even a year for my money to be returned to me, I would have to wait, really try to avoid construction companies like this since they are going to have a bad taste in their mouth. Now I have to buy my garage door myself and try to get my money back.
