They gave me prices for services upfront and scheduled an appointment easily. The day of the appointment, we didn't wait long to be seen, maybe 10 minutes, only because I forgot to fill out new patient paperwork before coming in. They have a cute movie room in the waiting area. The dental tech that took x-rays and did my daughter's cleaning was patient and gentle. The dentist didn't keep us waiting long either and was also friendly, patient and gentle. Overall a very pleasant experience that only took about an hour for x-rays, cleaning, and Exam. There are several PT places in this town outside of the 2 hospitals, so there a sizable number of choices. I see many of the local physicians, nurses, techs come here for their rehab and all I've spoken with are happy with their results. Ultimately it is we as patients who set the path to success with what we do in our home exercises as well. What I've really come to appreciate about JT and Lynn is that they often engage their patient's medical team if there is a concern on the patient's behalf.
