I then had lost my step mom and failed vascular lecture 2x. My mistake . I was dropped from the school , and was told i had to pay back my financial aid then can reapply for reentry . Well i was able to pay over $1,000 back and reapplied and wrote a letter i then got a call it was discussed at the monthly meeting and they decided to not let me back in . This place doesn't care about people trying to better their future they care about money only . I've been trying to appeal the decision for a year with no response from the school . Apply at the risk of them acting like they care and support you when they really don't .

Let's talk about the revolving door of instructors and staff. We both got pretty close to a lot of staff and instructors. Most of them admitted they would be leaving shortly and they eventually did. They will tell incoming students exactly what you want to hear. The truth is, the revolving curriculum is so unstructured, students mesh together during different quarters, into classes they're not ready for yet, but the other students are. You're all mixed together, regardless of where you are in progress. Also, Aspen university nursing plan has just been shut down for the SAME EXACT ISSUES occurring here. Currently talking to a friend who is being pushed back because her CPR card wasn't accepted by the school. Even though other students used the same one. The staff doesn't talk to each other, and once instructor might ok something another won't. There is absolutely ZERO structure. Your images will be pass or fail all depending on who is there that day. Good luck!

When my hubby enrolled, he had the normal queries such as "How much work will this be" and "How much of my time will it take up"? Well let the wife tell you...it was just the right amount. Classes consisted of online videos that were easy to listen to and follow. The video instructor "Ty", was now a permanent voice in our home. In between work, hanging out with the fam and playing video games, my husband had PLENTY of time to watch the short videos. Every Weds, he got to go to class and enjoy hands on work with actual air conditioning units! He was always excited to go and heck...one night a week to myself for a few hours??? Nice! The final weeks were closing in and it was time to prepare for the final test. Gulp. Me being a test nerd, I volunteered myself to help him study. We made flash cards and watched videos and it was so much fun! The goal was to study to get 100%, not to Just PASS. Shoot for the moon and maybe you'll get close! Needless to say, he passed with flying colors! Proud wifey here! The super amazing added bonus was, because I had been involved with his studying, all the infinite amount of HVAC information was now in MY brain! I decided to watch a few of the videos of Ty's who's voice had become the "other man" in my house. It was very fun and easy to listen to, and I had zero interest in HVAC, no offense! I do now Would you believe I went to his graduation tonight and took the final EPA test and passed!! If I can do it, you can!! I highly recommend this course to anyone and everyone. Shoot for the moon!

Today I signed up through PurplePass, an event booking website, a two hour massage for $20. It was a little confusing checking in because there isn't a walk up window or desk. I was greeted by a young man with a clipboard and found my appointment. I was introduced to my therapist, Yaderra. She asked a few questions about my needs and then escorted me into the massage area. I will warn, there are not individual rooms. There are beds with partitioned curtains and dark. I had to take a few minutes for my eyes to adjust. It was pretty quiet with nice soft background music. She left me a basket for my belongings and closed the curtain so I could unrobe. She came back and started the massage. She was very thorough making sure to ask about pressure etc. She gave me a really nice massage. They take donations, no tips, I believe that goes towards supplies etc. I already booked another appointment for January. I'm not certain about how long the clinic takes appointments nor time frame. I assume clinic hours are determined by the semester. It was a very pleasant experience. I'm coming back Wednesday for an aesthetic appointment.

I remember years ago visiting the Thunderbird School of Global Management when they had a campus in…read morethe West Valley. And then in 2014, everything changed as Arizona State University acquired Thunderbird, and Thunderbird became a unit of the ASU Enterprise. Since that time, ASU sold its Thunderbird campus to Arizona Christian University, and the graduate programs moved to the ASU Downtown Phoenix Campus to its own building while the newly created undergraduate programs moved to the ASU West Valley Campus until 2025 when they also moved to the ASU Downtown Phoenix Campus. Every now and then, I find myself on the ASU Downtown Phoenix Campus with a meeting in the Thunderbird School of Global Management. There is the Grumpy Mule Cafe on the first floor and the Thunderbird Pub on the fifth floor. There is also the global forum on the first floor with a large digital globe suspended from the middle of the rotunda showing a digital representation of Earth. There are flags on the first floor representing the home countries of all Thunderbird students. The building, opened in 2022, spans 110,000 square feet and offers flexible classroom space and regional lounges with art and artifacts gifted by alumni from around the world. Thunderbird now serves as a significant part of the ASU Downtown Phoenix Campus, which opened for classes in 2006. This campus meshes well with the Downtown Phoenix area as they share streets, parks, and nearby restaurants and stores. In fact, ASU is actively involved in monthly stakeholder meetings with the Downtown Phoenix Inc. (DPI). It helps Downtown stakeholders in knowing what's going on at ASU while it helps ASU to know what's going on around the Downtown Phoenix area. For instance, ASU students and staff enjoy participating in First Fridays while DPI is involved in ASU Welcome Week events. Also, during Family Weekend, Thunderbird hosts Regional Night, which is open to any ASU Downtown students and their families. At the Downtown Phoenix Campus, every student can drive their own experience as they engage in the events and resources on-campus while attending classes, getting an on-campus job, landing an internship or full-time job, joining clubs and organizations, attending many free events and activities, and so much more. The Dean of Students Office (in the Post Office) and the many student services offices at ASU Downtown Phoenix are always there for students, and it's easy to find your way towards graduation and your future when taking advantage of these resources. I look forward to seeing what comes next for such an engaging school like Thunderbird and a campus such as the ASU Downtown Phoenix Campus in the coming years!
