Traditional Turkish style lanterns hang from the ceiling, the music that plays over the sound system is chosen by guests, there's a laptop playing music on YouTube available for you. The shisha quality is consistent and very good. You'll notice the pipes are Khalil Mamoon and the tubes are sturdy Starbuzz pipes. I think the tobacco they use is Al-Fakher. There's no food but if you can believe it they don't mind if you have pizza delivered there or bring something in to eat. In terms of drinks they have a selection of those Arabic malt drinks called Barbican, an espresso machine and of course Moroccan mint tea. Overall, if you're looking for a place where your squad will feel welcome and comfortable to chill, Cafe Ali-Baba is for you.

The layout is unlike most coffee places with a large coffee bar that wraps around itself, leanding itself to easy conversations with either other customers or staff. It is also set up in a way that you can have space to yourself as well without feeling inclined to chat so either way it is nice. The warp around couch is also pretty comfy and would work well with groups. The coffee itself is clean rich and complex. We got a cordato with the recomendation from the staff. It was creamy and hit the spot. Overall a great place for some coffee.

Today we went to Librairie Clio for the first time. It was the last day of their Book Fair event…read moreand it was also Story Time with Curious George. I have a 14 month old who LOVES Curious George so we were very excited to be go. Of course, my Son slept through the whole thing but I LOVED it. There were quite a few parents there who were also enjoying story time just as much as their children were. The staff were very polite and helpful. We purchased two books for my Stepson and it was less than $20. The inside of the bookshop is very cozy, clean and inviting. They had great sale prices for the book fair and a really great section full of cards and tote bags. I will definitely be going back and I will be keeping my eyes open for future events for little ones.

All the books are in pristine collection and well organized. There is a children's section as well, with small kids toys, as well as a section advertising Klutz books for youth. Stationary, bookmarks and notepads are available too. I purchased three books and they gave me a thin cotton tote for free because I spent over $60. Great atmosphere and perfect for this location. The only thing lacking are chairs to sit on for browsing.

Some items are more expensive but we got an edition of The Wizard of Oz that was still wrapped and originally worth quite the pretty penny that we will be gifting to a loved one. It was an amazing experience once again today. For the first time, I think I spent more time looking at their prints and I wanted to buy nearly every Singin' In The Rain one... Hardy Boys galore... it was overall just a lot of fun to visit this store. We'll be back for our quarterly visit in no time.

If you live in the area and listen to vinyl records, you should come in here regularly…read more They have a section of newly acquired records, so once you've browsed their full catalogue thoroughly, it's easy to drop in whenever you're walking by and see what's new. They have lots of records for 5 bucks, which is something like an old movie rental price. Even if I only listen to something once, the experience is worth 5 bucks. They also have way more expensive records, like limited editions of Tom Waits or whatever, which occasionally run closer to a hundred. So there's a huge range, if you're looking to spending a tiny bit of pocket money, or if you're looking to make a major investment for your collection. They also have books. I honestly use the library for books more than buying them, but sometime when I'm in here for vinyls, something on the bookshelf catches my eye, and the prices are fair. It is packed, though. Sometimes where there are a lot of customers, it is very hard to move around and look for things. So much stuff in a such a small space is a double-edged sword. This 5-star review is for my visits outside of peak times, for the selection, service, and price. During peak times, maybe only worth 4 stars because it's so hard to navigate. But the popularity is a sign of the quality, so it's hard to quibble with that.
