    Poutine with pulled pork

Great brewery! We came in around dinner time on a Thursday night and still had very quick and helpful service. Our server alerted us of the happy hour deals and was quick to return with our various drinks and rounds. The food was also delicious- I got to try my first Canadian poutine. The ambiance is very cool- the large center bar is a great centerpiece and there is plenty of seating around it and tables throughout the restaurant. The portions were large. With the poutine to share- I was happy with a chicken tender appetizer as my main.

It was our last night in Montreal and we wanted something to remember; we made the right choice. We went to 3 Brasseurs on a Thursday night around dinner time. We had a small wait as there were several large parties already dining. After a short wait, we were taken to a nice table near the bar. We had the BEST server, great food and a really wonderful time. We ordered the big pretzel for an appetizer. It was great. The hubby ordered the Munich Smash Burger, my son ordered the Carbonade Poutine, my daughter ordered the French dip and I had the Chicken & Cheese bites off the small plates side of the menu. Everything was very well made and arrived hot to our table (the French Dip was especially delicious). We had a wonderful last Canadian meal at 3 Brasseurs and when we return this fall, we will be dining there again!

One of the few places that were open around 4 pm while we were in Montreal downtown on a Sunday. Though it was a bit loud in there, the food was pretty good. The newspaper style menu was an interesting idea. The fish and chips were so fresh and crisp. The turkey burger was pretty amazing as well. Had just one drink each and got a good kick oit of it. All in all, overall very satisfied with the place. Must try, I'd say if youre around the area.

My partner and I wanted to check out the Montreal beer scene, so figured we'd try Les 3 Brassours ... And were not disappointed! It's like a beer utopia when you enter - even the chandelier is made from beer bottles, which was pretty cool. The place was massive and had multiple floors and bars. All the beers we tried (via a flight of 4 and the a draft after) were delicious. We also got some bites to pair with our beer - their house pretzel (which was the perfect combo of lightly buttery and bready) and one of the lilloise tarte-flamm (also pretty good). Incredible happy hour special (ANY draft 7 CAD from 3-7) and also the tasting flights were super reasonable (both classic and specialties). Our server (who was fantastic and super knowledgeable btw) recommended which beers we should try in our flight - and they were all so unique and different. We even ended up ordering one of them after as part of the HH. We would go back again for sure!

We were walking around to see what we could have for lunch. Almost all restaurants were western food. So we chose the one with outdoor patio. We got a table at the end of the patio, because we have a stroller. We ordered a burger flight and a poutine. And all those items were having pairing beer behind (even though I don't drink beer, but still think this menu is really thoughtful.) The burgers were mini size and 3 of them together. The poutine with pulled pork and gravy. It's a bit salty. These 2 items were just really western food. Not too much surprises.

We had a fine time at Les 3 Brasseurs. I only have three stars because the food was just okay. I had the french onion soup (which was a little salty for my taste) and the grilled chicken salad. Neither really wowed me. Our server was great! He was very energetic and ready to help with anything we needed. The restaurant itself was very overwhelming. It was extremely loud, but I suppose that means it's just busy! However, I would not recommend coming here if you or any of your party have sensory needs.

Decided on taking a break from exploring Vieux Montréal and came across Les 3 Brasseurs!! Impressive entrance! Enjoyed some freshening drinks and ceasar salad Friendly staff! Great service! Love the view from the second floor! Highly recommend!

The Three Brewers has a few locations in Montreal. This one, in the Old Montreal section, is large with high ceilings, lots of seating and a good sized bar as well as a small outdoor dining area in front. The beers they had on offer during our visit were all IPA varieties but they rotate so your visit might be different. The staff were all polite and the area appeared clean. On the first visit we sat at the bar and the bartender explained the characteristics of their beers currently available. They also offer canned brews and a full bar plus soft drinks. There are two huge 'bottle chandeliers' over the bar area which are fun and interesting. The large bar area offers high-top tables while low tops are up a few steps behind the bar near the kitchens. Bathrooms are in this direction too. There is also an upstairs area. Our second visit we dined in. Very basic pub offerings. I had the burger, which was fine and comes with a good amount of fries. The bun was soft, lettuce tomato fresh, fries crispy. As you might expect a burger to be. The sausage and sauerkraut plate is a lot of food and was also fine. Not an exciting dish, but good solid fare. As one person commented to us, it's a good spot to get a seat when other spaces are filled to capacity. If you enjoy hearty bar food and or microbrews, give it a try. This area is a pedestrian zone, so park on one of the nearby streets, paid lot or parking garage and walk in.

We happened to go here for dinner on a Tuesday night and found our kids eat for $3!! Score. It included a main, a drink and a vanilla ice cream sundae for dessert. Nice pub atmosphere, kid friendly and great friendly service. The nachos were delicious, the pretzel was kinda small but tasty, strawberry mojito was STRONG and the beer Titan is huge. Don't care it's a chain, would totally come back. Burger was delicious and their fries are tasty too. Fish and chips also on point.

This a great brew house in the heart of Old Montreal. We were staying nearby and made reservations in advance so we could have a place to eat, drink and watch the NHL Playoffs. Excellent happy hour deals. Food choices are a can't miss. Everything here is good. Place has a relaxed and fun vibe. Rustic decor. Would come here regularly if I lived nearby. Waitstaff were really nice, helpful and made great conversation.

The service and food were exceptional, making this a restaurant worth visiting again. Despite our late arrival, a male waiter working outside, graciously accommodated us. The waitress Esther was so kind allowing us to order from the full menu without any sense of urgency. I highly recommend this establishment--it deserves a five-star rating.

This beautiful pub in beautiful Old Port has a serious case of the whoopsies. Waited well over an hour for a basic burger order while every table around us were seated, served and paid up. After that hour passed a waiter brought out cold dishes for my friends and whoopsies, my order was dropped on the kitchen floor...another hour wait. Good thing it was a beautiful night and the outdoor dining made the wait manageable. Since we loved the location, we came here again on night number two but opted for the indoor dining experience, and yes indeed it was the experience. Once again, a long wait for the food, though it wasn't particularly busy. Once again my party received their food and whoopsies, the waitress punched in the wrong code of her kiosk and no food for me. Seriously??? This place has great beers, drinks, ambience but they need help, Gordon Ramsey where are you? Minus two stars for the two whoopsies.

This is a chain restaurant with good beer and decent food. It kind of reminds me of going to BJ brewery restaurant in the USA. Beer: beers are very good and consistent Food: Got the bacon burger and it was a burger. Nothing too special. I got the coleslaw. I really liked the coleslaw because it was light on mayo and heavy on carrots. It is probably one of the better coleslaws that I have had. I highly recommend getting the coleslaw. The poutine was okay. I think the gravy was a little too salty and was a bit too on the cool side so the cheese really did not melt too much. Overall the food was okay. Staff: friendly Restroom: okay cleanliness

The Onion Rings were crispy and well-fried, the Mac and Cheese was an utterly heavenly goo of Macaroni and Gruyère and other Cheeses - totally heavenly! The Brisket Sandwich and Fries were on point as well - great burger bun with generous portions of 24-hr smoked Brisket and Cheese! Fries were not greasy and utterly tasty. A wonderful meal following a long walk through Centerville and Old Town, we were set back CAD 58 for the meal and $20 for the drinks, including the heavy federal and state taxes and generous tips. A place worth visiting each time!

But before even checking in, we had to walk through Bar George ~ and instantly knew we wanted to eat there. We were lucky enough to grab a last-minute reservation, and Julien took a good care of us throughout the evening. His recommendation of the Beef Wellington was spot on (it's already one of our favorite dishes), but this was hands down the best we've ever had. I ordered the lobster risotto, which was excellent with just the right amount of spice. My son had the 10 oz striploin steak with homemade fries (chips), and it was absolutely delicious. I also loved the Canadian touch of coarse salt on the steak, plus the option to choose between Béarnaise or peppercorn sauce. Julien also mentioned their pastry chef placed second in a NY competition, and the desserts absolutely lived up to that reputation. We tried the pineapple and coconut pavlova and the "lick me hazelnut" ~ both beautifully presented and incredibly delicious. We also ordered iced coffee and a latte, and noticed something interesting: this was the second place where we found Canadian coffee to be smooth and mild ~ such a nice change from the often bitter, over-roasted American coffee. Yes, dinner was a bit steep ($300+), but it was worth every penny. Between the rich history, stunning design, outstanding service, and unique cuisine, I would highly recommend Bar George. I would absolutely love to come back!!

Review for their Quartier Dix30 location, 2025…read more.. Horrible ending to our night, false accusations by their staff... My friends and I went to this pub as a portion of our celebrating one of their birthdays this evening. For context I and my friends are in our late 30s to early 40s, and we had beforehand gone to another establishment but the temperature was unbearable as they did not have air conditioning so we sought out an alternative and chose Mckibbin's. Funnily enough, Mckibbin's didn't have AC either but we ended up staying for a few drinks regardless, mostly to appreciate the live music which was quite good. The waitress was good as well, quick and friendly, we had a minor snafu with a couple of the drinks which were not to our liking but the bar graceously replaced them which is yet another solid point in their favor. Why, you might ask in that case, would I be rating this establishment one star then? Well it all comes down to how we ultimately exited the establishment. We all paid our tab at the table, and finished up the rest of our drinks, still enjoying the music playing. It was a great band by the way, I just have to say. We all ended up leaving after 10-15 minutes and all seemed well, except it was only once we're outside that I found out that apparently one of our group who had gone to the bathroom had been victim of a rather apauling scenario. He had been in the stall for 10 or so minutes (he was doing what he had to do .. sometimes nature calls), and was interrupted by a knock on his stall only to hear the bouncer tell him he had to pay and get out of the bar immediately. The bouncer aparrently had heard him "sniffing" his nose in the stall, and found that to be appropriate reason enough to accuse him of doing cocaine in the stall, and to force him out of the bar. Of course it did not cross his mind to think that perhaps it had something to do with the bar being at approximately 29 degrees, perhaps my friend simply had a stuffy nose, or perhaps he had allergies, no he heard a few sniffles and that was all he needed to throw out allegations. Needless to say, I'm completely and utterly disgusted having learned this. Ultimately we left and let things be, we weren't about to bust back in there and cause disruption for no reason we were already on our way out anyway, but to think that this man, employed by this establishment, could be so outlandishly shortsighted is a true injustice. Suffice to say, my friend has never done cocaine in his life, we quite literally made jokes about this man's accusations the whole ride home. Still, I will never go back to this place, because I shudder to think of myself in his situation and what I might do, how it would make me feel to be on the bad end of this kind of person's shortsighted and unfounded accusations. That said, I urge anyone and everyone to beware of the types of people this establishment has working under its payroll. Most of their staff (everyone else in-fact) were excellent, but unfortunately it only takes one completely rotten apple to ruin the bunch.

Horrible service. They didn't let 3 of my peers with REAL ID in the club. And when my friend…read moreconfronted them, the next time she came in they told her she was "the bitch with the attitude". Tremendously rude bouncers. Don't recommend.
