They used to be cool but lately they have been very money hungry. I tried to buy a game for 25 bucks and the guy behind the counter takes it away from me and says that's not the right price. I had to wait 2 weeks for the proper price and it was 55. They are also constantly changing prices every day. You'll see layers of price stickers. I seen games that were 4.99 go up to 5.99, then another day 7.99. Pricing is never consistent and the prices of games that are already on the show cases might not be accurate. So be prepared for the price to go up if you show any interest. I might not even buy from here again and just stick to eBay. ​ read more

Very helpful and friendly staff. Came here looking for special games and found that the prices are amazingly low. There are definitely games I see here I don't see at Game stop and other major game stores. If you can't find it, staff will very gladly show you where else you can get it from without hesitation. Do not go here. They charge insanely high priced games for dead systems that barely work and damaged controllers they refuse to buy back. I have been in there a total of 4 times, and they get worse and worse. The customer service sucks. They often do not open on time, and as I said before, the prices are insane, especially for used, dead systems. read more

I don't know how bad the other reviewers did with them. But my husband and I were pleasantly happy overall. Yes the store is small and in a strip mall, but guess what? It's an older store and deal with it. We were somewhat greeted when we entered, but then ignored until we had a question. Staff was fairly easy to work with in regards to asking questions and getting an answer. I found a few games that I've been looking at as well as a new controller. I'm not going to apologize, but most of the reviewers were most likely looking for new games and expected a high end experience. Games are cheap because well, they're used. I would recommend if your looking for older games that won't break the bank. read more

One of the worst local gaming stores I've ever been to. I bought a used system from these guys, and not even ten days later I tried returning it. They refused to give me my money back or even work with me because of a defect that their store was responsible for. Yup, they refused to take back a broken system that was broken when they sold it. Unbelievable. Prices are a ripoff, the trade values they give you are terrible, and the selection of games is lacking. They don't even have new games on the day they release. Not to mention the customer service is terrible and generally unfriendly. You're seriously just better off shopping at Game Stop. At least the employees there treat you with respect, and actually honor their return policies. All the used hardware from Game Stop is guaranteed to work too, unlike this place. It's like walking into a separate dimension that just stayed in the 90's forever, Good selection, great employees, pure nostalgia.

I have no idea what other people are complaining about! This place is amazing. Extremely friendly staff, way better prices for traded in games in GameStop. And you don't get held up by employees asking u to sign up , or to buy a certain game. It's simple walk in, trade, and go home. No other strings attached like at gamestop read more

It stinks in there like somebody crawled up the vent and died. The air is soooo stale. The store is dark and dingy. Carpets are nasty and the games are not anything worth buying. At least in GameStop you get warranties and points and the atmosphere is better. read more
