Small mall but very clean and has a little play area for my littles! They have a nice food court and lots of stores for a nice walk.

Pueblo Mall. Great feel, Entrepreneurism is in the air. I'd say give it a shot seek customer service at its finest, like this Engraving Kiosk in the mall. Very friendly young men and were very knowledgable about their profession. They have excellent customer service and even helped me find other stores in the mall. The place is practically empty! So many stores gone. The ones I frequented are completely gone! Pointless to even go anymore unless it's for pretzels. read more

This mall is okay for a small City like ours, though it would be nice if it had new stores. The massage chairs are nice for those who are forced to with their families, though it's wide open for people to just steal stuff while people are relaxing. They should have packs next to each one to protect their stuff. read more

The Pueblo Mall is a waste of time for me personally, But if you like dealing with annoying kiosk workers that constantly bug you to try this or sign up for that then maybe you will like it then but to me it really gets annoying. Now the second issue is the security on one hand you have those that take their job too seriously like they are defenders of the universe and constantly watching you and giving you dirty looks like your some kind of suspect then you have those that either sit at the food court and talk all day or go into the shops and just visit with the workers so if you can deal with a small mall rude people then this is the place for you read more

I loved this mall! I didn't think much of it but it was very pretty and clean and stores were not high end but were very charming. They had a Great play area for my daughter. Nice little food courts very charming mall. read more

This is probably one of the smallest malls I've ever been to and it never seems to change up much. It's always the same stores and same layout. A couple stores like Reflections Plus and Victoria's Secret have expanded inside the mall over the years. We shopped at Dillard's and even though I appreciate the many retail workers eagerness to constantly check on me as I shopped I was very disappointed when i needed to check out and no one seemed to be available. read more

I would highly recommend this place I don't go as much as I once did when I was a kid but when I go I still really enjoy the place and there are many stores I enjoy going to and I seem to always exit the mall with something whether it's for something school or work-related or just for fun recently just bought an X-Men shirt from the custom shirt shop which I really like and there's a good food court and the mall has many amazing stores for what you need would say that there video games options need to improve but GameStop is serviceable read more

Pueblo Mall is a small shopping center, with reasonably priced stores for most of your retail NEEDS (not to be confused with the wants). Baltasar Gracian once said "Good things, when short, are twice as good." I am convinced he may have had this mall in mind. read more

Every time I walk into Sephora in the Pueblo Mall I never get greeted and every time I need help there is no one to ever help. Much rather go to Ulta much more friendly staff and are will to help there customers. read more

I have been to this mall since I was a little kid. We always came shopping as a family, but now I go to take my baby to the play area. The shopping isn't bad, but the upkeep of the play area could use some attention on some days more than others, but People are disrespectful & allow their kids to drop food or trash with no intention of cleaning it up. I hold higher expectations for these parents more than anything & would put the lack of responsibility on them more than the employees. However, I do recommend this place for a free environment to bring the kids when the weather isn't up to par & for shopping as well. read more

Businesses come and go often, kinda sad. I dislike two things. One... the JoAnn fabric store which is over priced and rude ( I will stick to Hobby Lobby). Two.... the kiosk people through the middle of the mall. If I wanted something I will ask about it, I do not need to feel as though I am at a car lot or the carnival at the state fair. Hey you want this, or sign up for this, ....as soon as I see them looking my way I try to go to the opposite side. Ruins wanting to shop at the mall for my family. read more
