I bought my last mobile there as pay-as-you-go and received excellent service. The phone was the best price from the Carphone warehouse and I received free credit with it too which was very handy. The staff are always willing to help and the shop house many different phones so you only have to go to one shop to look for a phone with a different provider.

When you buy from the o2 shop they will check and see how much discount you are entitled to on their system if you provide them with your o2 mobile number that is only available to o2 customers. They also give you a trade in value for your old mobile phone. The layout of the store is excellent as all th latest handsets are constantly on offer and are more or less always in stock.
