Granted there are some really lovely clothing but some of it is a little bit outdated. Prices are not really competitive, as they are around the same prices as m&s and next, but not necessary the same quality. Of course you can go in here and get some cheap clothing, but I do find for the larger lady it is a bit of a struggle especially as most of the clothing for larger ladies are not very stylish. Overall though the whole selection of the shop is positive, and around christmas time the selection of christmas stock is outstanding, and will take your breath away, some really unique items. I live a hundred miles away and Inverness is the nearest place where I can get my shoes and boots repaired. The staff is efficient and friendly. You generally only have to wait around 20 mins for shoes to be heeled but you can drop your shoes off and collect them later when you've finished shopping. You can also get your keys cut there and they offer an engraving service. You can also buy things like tankards, Zippo lights (some very attractive ones, I sometimes wished I smoked again so I could buy one!)and they also do sterling silver jewellery. The cost of heeling a pair of ladies heeled boots costs around £4 or so but they will always tell you how much the work will cost before they do the job. And the layout is also very good. Everything is very easy to find as it is an open plan layout. They have all the games for the latest games consoles and hand held consoles also. They have all the latest releases as you would expect. And they also offer a reasonable selection of used video games for all the latest video games consoles. They always give excellent trade prices. There is also a reward card available at an initial cost of £3. Which enables you to get money off anything in store. And there is always good offers in store.
