I emailed her the date and time and she replied "We are available that date". We spoke on the phone and discussed my plans for the party. We were supposed to meet a week later to discuss a quote, but she rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances with another party she was planning. I agreed to meet her the following week and when I reached out to confirm the day we were supposed to meet, she replied s "I apologize in advance but I was looking at our calendar of events and our schedule is pretty tight". So now 2 weeks have passed where I could've been planning. As an event planner, I assume that before you continue conversations with a potential client you make sure you are available to provide your services on the event date and one of your priorities is to manage your schedule well enough to not put a potential client in this situation. I am writing this review to inform you that it is a possibility that Grayleen may overlook her calendar of events and inform you that she is available when in fact she is not able to provide her services as intended.

I had a phone appointment with Ruchir and he never called. I emailed to make sure there was no misunderstanding in the appointment time. No response. By the way, I never received a calendar invite, which is what I would expect from any service professional. And, from what I understand (and feel free to correct me with real numbers) the day of wedding planning package costs $4,000 and full planning costs $10,000. That is insanity. If this is what the "amazing" wedding planners are like: poor communication, lack of response, poor organization skills, and charging at least $4K per wedding, then I am in the wrong business.

He established clear communication between himself and all of the vendors to ensure everyone understood the wedding day timeline. Also, Ruchir was quick to return my phone calls/emails and answer my questions, which encompassed everything from unique place card options to personalized touches throughout the wedding day. His dedication to understanding the intricacies of our ceremonies and unique celebrations was paramount in the flawless execution of our wedding day. Ruchir, Vishali, and the Rose Events staff did an amazing job to make sure that the bride, groom, immediate families, and the 22 bridesmaids and groomsmen followed the itinerary from 5:00 AM until midnight. Fete's…read moreideal of a business "truly extra ordinary" are far from what they promise and deliver, on three out of the high-profile weddings my company assisted Fete, the staff has always been illegal, has not being required to pass a drug test nor a background check. On the last event March 2020 Fete convinced the weeding party to procced in the middle of a pandemic, with leaders of Fete knowingly of two employees have had the symptoms of COVID-19 requested them to work and mingle amongst guest, this issue was also brought to the attention of Kanoko Yoshimoto, who only after one of the employees fainted inside one of the rental trucks was allowed to retired to his hotel and at no point there was an ambulance requested. Fete at every event we have had assisted, all employees had being mistreated, cursed, embarrassed etc. as the owner Jung Lee delivers feedback to them in public. My advice for future events with Fete is to require background checks for its staff and have it under contract. BNDI

I was at a friends daughter's bat mitzvah several weeks ago that was planned by Amy Winters Event.....I was expecting the same, usual run of the mill parties. Loud music, lots of kids and lots of edible food. At arriving at the venue, I was floored. The decorations, the set up and ambiance was truly amazing. The space was magical. It was transformed into a fantasy world I could not have imagined. I complimented the parents of the party and they pointed to a woman across the dance floor. They told me that her name is Amy from Amy Winters Events. I have since hired Amy to plan my wedding. If Amy can create a fantasy for a 13 year old. She did not coordinate, she certainly did not design and I guess she executed but was happy to leave early that evening and never even mention that she was going. I had no guidance, I did invitations, accessories, party favors, bags, labels,etc. I asked her for help with entertainment for the kids she told me to talk to the entertainment company(pure energy who is amazing).
