Totally went out of my creativity comfort zone by doing something I've only ever seen in movies: sketching a nude model! The Artful Bachelorette was a perfect girls's night out/bachelorette experience. You get the cheeky, sexy fun you're looking for in a safe, controlled setting where you don't have to worry about anything getting *too* wild. If you don't have an ounce of artistic ability in your body, have no fear! The Artful Bachelorette was the highlight of our bachelorette weekend - all the ladies in our group had an amazing time with this activity, and many of them hinted that they want to do the same thing at their own bachelorette parties in the future. I cannot recommend it enough! Communication with the Artful Bachelorette prior to the date went very smoothly - the staff helped us with all questions promptly and were very friendly. You can even request a model type (in hindsight, or as a tip! I would suggest browsing through their Instagram to see if there is a specific type of model you'd like to request in advance ;) and so you can see what models you have available). Second tip - if you want to avoid the credit card charge you can pay in cash or check on the day of. The day of - our party was graced with Fleur (the owner) as our art instructor, Kurt as our model, and Cam as our topless server. Fleur was a great instructor - friendly, kind, encouraging, and full of fun ideas for our sketches. This is not your typical drawing session, and Fleur kept us very entertained and got our creative juices flowing! Whether you are an experienced artist or an amateur stick-figure drawer - I guarantee that you will have fun. Kurt was a very experienced model, and he came up with a lot of amazing poses for us to draw from. Cam also made us very yummy drinks and made sure that we always had a fresh sharpened charcoal pencil in hand at all times!
