It was pointed out that on the bottom of our receipt, it said no returns for any product that has been opened. Understandable if this was a game that we could've played, and then tried to return, etc. That isn't the case. The employee at this location was kind and respectful, the managers that he placed us on the phone to was not. Apparently, every time you make a purchase anywhere, you need to read the bottom of the receipt to make sure that you didn't just get screwed. Pretty unbelievable when local businesses want you to shop with them instead of Amazon. However, Amazon allows you to return things and not waste $60 on the wrong product. The box has a sale sticker on it and the price said $25.19. I was curious how much it used to be and pulled the sticker back to see that it said $23.79. So, clearly it wasn't on sale, they actually raised the price. The gentleman at the counter claimed that pulling the SALE sticker off looked bad. He couldn't offer any other explanation. Interesting.
