When he arrived, he was very polite, and diagnosed the problem quickly. The cost for the service call was reasonable, and he spent a few minutes describing the problem and recommending solutions. He was very honest in describing the difference between repairing my old machine and simply buying a new one, and even suggested certain models to purchase.
