We sat on the patio. Our server loved our dog. She was very friendly and helped my wife with the menu. I knew exactly what I wanted. The blackened fish salad. It is absolutely delicious. My wife got a bowl of chili, which was so big she couldn't eat it all so I ate about half of it for her. The dues we pay to be a moose member is well worth it. the quality of the food the value of the food and drinks and the service is just outstanding. It's just a happy place to have a bite and a drink.

I wouldn't say I totally dislike this Moose club. I have a great experience most of the time. There…read moreis one bartender who drives me crazy. We have been members for years. For some reason, she has taken a dislike to me. I'm always pleasant and tip well. Sometimes our empty glass sits for 10 or 15 minutes before we get a refill. Mind you,we are sitting "at the bar". She will take care of 10-15 patrons before even paying attention to our glass. Then, I get a roll of the eyes and it's refilled. Sometimes it's weak, sometimes it's strong. I don't know what the issue is but, I'm tired of it. We have been members for a few years. I won't leave there because we love the club. In addition, we have attempted to order food and either there's no server or when we want to order, they're out of the special. This happened several times before 7 pm when the kitchen closes. Most often it's before 6 pm. If I try to order from the bartender, she rolls the eyes again. We know now to eat before we go there. They're almost always out of chips and peanuts. If I can't get real food, I want a snack. No bueno.

On Monday's, plan to find parking early. The parking lot gets extremely full and you may have to walk a bit of a distance Beer is very reasonable. $2.50 for beer on tap! All Moose workers are volunteers--so tip them well! I didn't realize that and it makes a difference. Overall, this was a neat place to come to. They have different activity nights--karaoke, live bands, spaghetti night ($5 only and it's on Wednesday night). So research what interests you and stop on by! They have TV screens advertising what activities they have available. Many of the patrons are "regulars."
