Nice for families with small children. Indoor video games. Staff helpful. Single car track for smaller children to drive themselves. Nice slow speed for them. Faster track with two seaters for adults to drive small children. Non working steering wheel adjustable for small children to feel like they are driving.

My children had an absolute blast riding the Go-Karts. It's so nice to have fun activities for children in sport Charlotte. We all can't wait to go back!

One star for a/c. Don't waste your time or money. More than half the arcade games are broken, carpet is a tripping hazard.

Great place to go for go karts, putt-putt, laser tag, etc. Some of the video games are broken, but I imagine they will be fixed.

The waiting area leaves a lot to be desired as does the party area. That being said the laser tag area was very cool with lots of places to hide and reset your gun. There is also a parent watch area you can stand in inside the laser area which is also cool. We'll be back. I'd love to see your his place improve over time.

We recently hosted my son's birthday party at Armageddon Laser Tag and unfortunately the overall…read moreexperience was extremely stressful and disappointing. Our laser tag session was scheduled to begin at 2:30 PM, with access to the party room at 2:15 PM for setup, as clearly outlined on their website (15 minutes for setup, 1 hour of laser tag, and 30 minutes afterward for pizza and cake). We arrived shortly after 2:00 PM, only to find that the previous party was still fully occupying the party room, and their pizza hadn't even arrived yet. There was no opportunity for us to set up as agreed. The previous party did not leave until 2:45 PM, which was already 30 minutes into our agreed upon time. We had booked the Silver Package, which advertises that the entire arena is closed to the public during your party time. Instead, guests were arriving with nowhere to settle and no clear transition between parties. To make matters worse, my husband had to spend the beginning of the party outside in the parking lot directing traffic and helping kids who were being dropped off because the parking lot was congested due to the previous party not leaving yet. Rather than being able to welcome guests and enjoy the start of the party, he was managing logistics outside. The chaotic start created so much stress that I, as the mom hosting the party, was incredibly overwhelmed and not able to truly enjoy the rest of the celebration. While the kids didn't seem to notice and genuinely had a great time once the laser tag game started, the staff running the games were very kind and engaging, but the overall party experience was anything but smooth. To his credit, the owner, Eric, did extend our party by 15 minutes and added a buy-one-get-one coupon to the goodie bags after we asked for some type of compensation. That gesture was appreciated. However, the core issue remains: the parties are scheduled too close together with no buffer time for proper transition, room reset, or parking turnover. For $575 plus tax for the Silver Package (which includes four MEDIUM pizzas and one drink per child), I expected a far more organized and stress-free experience. Adding even 15 minutes between parties would significantly improve customer satisfaction and prevent situations like this. Cutting it that close may maximize bookings, but it sacrifices the overall experience for families. The laser tag itself was great. The party coordination was not. Until scheduling and transition logistics are improved, I would not recommend hosting a birthday party here.

Folks, A comes with a vest where you can get hit on shoulders, chest, and back. B comes with a HEADBAND. A headband that many people will wear around their neck. What this means: folks with Gun A are very easy to hit. Folks with Gun B are very easy to hit. In our game, everyone with Gun B DOMINATED. I don't think these guns are equal, there needs to be more standardization. The games themselves though? An absolute blast. I played poorly every game but was still having an amazing time! You get a lot of excercise and it's genuinely thrilling. Bonus for the welcoming atmosphere for folks with all different cultura l and ethnic backgrounds, including gender neutral bathrooms!

My aunt and cousin live around an hour away, plus they are homebodies, so believe me when I say this was a mission. Nevertheless, we made it and it was a surprisingly good time. Now I will say compared to other bowling joints I've gone to, I found it a bit expensive. They charge you by the time you play (an hour, half an hour, etc) versus the number of games you play (1, 2, etc). We played for two hours and just barely finished the second game. A note about this bowling joint - it's not just that. You have arcade games, I believe darts, and maybe axe throwing? The main attraction still is the bowling though and the lights go on and off and the music goes on and it's definitely not for those who have issues with lights (an epileptic for example) or who hate loud music. They have food and drinks, but I cannot comment on anything except to say we got water and sodas and were just fine. What I can comment on is the bowling shoe rentals (this went swimmingly by the way) and the aftermath of finding the right-sized ball. Hint: If you're like me and a lightweight, the lighter balls are on the side. I think this is the perfect place to bowl, or more so, to have a party. I know my aunt already was thinking of taking her grandchildren there, but we will see when that happens.
