They seem oblivious to the idea that they are quickly becoming obsolete and must adjust their business model to survive. That being said the staff are usually very charismatic personalities and I still occasionally go to buy a hot game so I don't have to wait on a virtual list to get a copy on Gamefly. If I had to praise them for one thing it would be their ability to find such intelligent employees that are willing to work for next to nothing. They really excel in that department. However, like Blockbuster the greed of their corporate model is ever apparent when you buy a new game for 65 dollars and upon trading it in a week later receive 12 dollars.

On Thursday my home burned , thankfully my family got out but we lost everything. Friday I contacted the local store regarding the 2 movies and game we had rented. In the next 5 days I stopped into the store twice and called 5 times never being called back. I finally stopped down again to be told that I owed $100 dollars for replacement of the products and late fees which would continue to accrue until the money was paid. Furthermore, if it wasn't paid in 30 days I will be taken to small claims court. The total lack of empathy displayed by the company has been very disappointing.
