Ive been collecting for 40+ years. I know how to flip through books. I wasn't being rough with them. At the end ofvthe day, she can say whatever she wants to whomever she wants. Where i take issue, is the yelling across the store at me, and embarrassing me in front if other patrons, when at the root if it, I did nothing wrong. This was the worst service of any kind I've ever experienced. The staff there couldn't have been more rude and unprofessional to someone. I've been coming here for 15 years. Never again, and I don't recommend this place to anyone else.

I'm really just putting the business on the Yelp map so that maybe more knowledgeable reviewers can chime in if they please. Frankly, IMHO, the business doesn't really fit the vibe of the Mitsuwa Marketplace except that it's a Japanese brand. But I'm also an old foggie that doesn't fit this crowd either and it doesn't matter what I think. The foot traffic must be good for Mitsuwa Marketplace business, especially the food court I would think, so maybe that's what I'm kinda missing.

I know some places add an extra charge for using credit card with low purchases, and i hadnt been sure i was going to buy something. I asked if there would be a charge and he said "just tax" and i didnt ask further. Looked at my checking account later that week and I had been charged $10.95. Again, the bin these were in was labeled $5 for three small items (or $2 each) I mean this could be partially my fault for not asking specifics but i was running late for something else. Anyways the guy in there seemed nice but now i feel like his small talk was just there to distract me from asking more about the price. So yeah. Check your bank account after they charge you because they might straight up charge you double without telling you.
