However, less than two minutes after walking in, the man says "we're closed now, you have to go." It was very uncomfortable and a bit sad for my daughter. I set the books down and we left. Granted, the man may have had plans. Maybe he was pressed for time? Or, he was just not very nice. are better ways to handle this situation. What is it about business owners that think they are doing customers a favor by being in business. If you're a comic book fan in Chicago's Northwest suburbs, I recommend you find another shop.

This was the worst service of any kind I've ever experienced. The staff there couldn't have been more rude and unprofessional to someone. I've been coming here for 15 years. Never again, and I don't recommend this place to anyone else.

It's really a gamers paradise and you can find here rare comic books, vintage games and toys that will delight both children and adults. I emailed them about it and within a COUPLE OF HOURS, they responded back to me and solved it right away! No questions asked. I have never had that happen EVER. And during Christmas week?! Amazing. I would always get some automated lame response and it would take days and a lot of back and forth. They offered to send out a new one right away, no fee or shipping charge. It's physically connected to the northwest end of the Golf Mill mall, but there really is no mall traffic anymore as the mall has been shuttered for years at that end of the mall. Their parking lot is adequate and spacious but like most Targets, watch out for all the sometimes crazy pedestrian traffic by their entrance.

I know some places add an extra charge for using credit card with low purchases, and i hadnt been sure i was going to buy something. I asked if there would be a charge and he said "just tax" and i didnt ask further. Looked at my checking account later that week and I had been charged $10.95. Again, the bin these were in was labeled $5 for three small items (or $2 each) I mean this could be partially my fault for not asking specifics but i was running late for something else. Anyways the guy in there seemed nice but now i feel like his small talk was just there to distract me from asking more about the price. So yeah. Check your bank account after they charge you because they might straight up charge you double without telling you.
