However, less than two minutes after walking in, the man says "we're closed now, you have to go." It was very uncomfortable and a bit sad for my daughter. I set the books down and we left. Granted, the man may have had plans. Maybe he was pressed for time? Or, he was just not very nice. are better ways to handle this situation. What is it about business owners that think they are doing customers a favor by being in business. If you're a comic book fan in Chicago's Northwest suburbs, I recommend you find another shop.

I emailed them about it and within a COUPLE OF HOURS, they responded back to me and solved it right away! No questions asked. I have never had that happen EVER. And during Christmas week?! Amazing. I would always get some automated lame response and it would take days and a lot of back and forth. They offered to send out a new one right away, no fee or shipping charge. And another email when the replacement package was sent out, along with tracking! This is how you get loyal customers. Very pleased with this company. I asked if there would be a charge and he said "just tax" and i didnt ask further. Looked at my checking account later that week and I had been charged $10.95. Again, the bin these were in was labeled $5 for three small items (or $2 each) I mean this could be partially my fault for not asking specifics but i was running late for something else. Anyways the guy in there seemed nice but now i feel like his small talk was just there to distract me from asking more about the price. So yeah. Check your bank account after they charge you because they might straight up charge you double without telling you.
