I pre ordered a game, they tell me they sold out instead of texting me like promised, then on an other occasion I went in to buy games there's a note on the door saying we're out?! I have been to this location several times. I have always been greeted upon entering the store, and have been assisted by polite staff. The last two visits to this location are the main reason for this review. I made a phone call prior to coming, to make sure they had the game I was looking for. I was assured that it was there, and it was being held for me. Upon my arrival, I met with a gentleman, who was not only knowledgeable about multiple products and titles, but genuinely was excited to discuss the Assassin's Creed franchise, and provide speculation about future releases. The last time I went to this location, a young lady and gentleman assisted my and my daughter picking out additional console controllers. They were not only helpful, but made jokes, and made me feel happy to be there. Not only does the staff know what they are talking about, but there is no way to fake actually loving your job. This is a pretty standard Gamestop with the same perks and also the same annoying things about it as eery other Gamestop. What makes it slightly above average is the manager, Chris. He is always very cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable, and has a great attitude. The rest of the employees here should learn from Chris. My experiences with them have been below average, with one overcharging me and another getting an attitude when I pointed it out later and wanted the difference refunded.
