He showed me various options and explained exactly how it would change from a walker to a wheelchair. He also said he would adjust the item for her. It was clear that he knew what he was doing and I noticed that he had everything in the store from canes, walkers, wheelchairs, motorized wheelchairs and armchairs that are motorized to help a person stand. He works on all of this! I got his card and talked with my husband about when to get it for her: Christmas, now. Etc. We decided to get it for her as an early Christmas present . I took her to the shop yesterday and she loved it! She mentioned it was extremely comfortable not only in the handles but in the seat. We also purchased a cup holder and quilt items for Christmas presents that his wife makes. He is a "no pressure" individual and is happy to answer any questions that you may have. I then purchased a desk that I also paid off. However, the due date on the payments went from the first of the month to the fifteenth without notice so they starting calling me constantly half way through the term for a $19 payment!! This is AFTER i paid off $2000+ worth of furniture in four months. Today I just so happen to be glancing at my credit report when I see an account opened on 1/26/2012 and closed the next day. Now, when I had specifically asked the guy if they check your credit, he said NO. I wasn't asking because I don't have the money or the credit, but I didn't want a credit inquiry on my report since it wasn't a mortgage, car loan or credit card. Well, apparently they don't know what they are talking about and DON'T care. So I go in touch with them through their site and they tell ME to contact their retention center....that was it! No I'm sorry this happened, we want to keep your business, NOTHING! If I could give NO STARS, I would because that's how upsetting this is. They think because people purchase things from them they can do what they please and not have to answer for it.
