After I mentioned "deal" I rec'd to a friend they were certain it wasn't what I thought I was getting. Went to Spectrum Mobile's office & lucked out in getting help from Khadeidre!!! She was super patient & knowledgeable & was able to answer all my questions & decipher what I really needed & then untangle all that had been done on phone. She was amazing!! I want to be able to make phone calls when I travel internationally but was told that I had to buy a sim card to put in the phone when traveling out of the country. Okay, so I'll do that. Turns out I have to have the phone unlocked AND THESE IDIOTS CAN'T UNLOCK A PHONE THAT HASN'T BEEN IN SERVICE FOR SIX MONTHS. Are you kidding me? That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Do they not sell service to travelers? Don't waste your money with them.

I was shocked when Cellupart, whom I found on Google, came to my place of employment and fixed my phone in 15 to 20 minutes. He also fixed the charging port on my iPhone 13 Pro max, which I've owned for years. I'm very grateful that I found him because other companies quoted 2x times more $$
