He treated her with extraordinary patience, respect, and kindness. By the time she left, she was smiling and at ease -- a testament to Jacob's professionalism and compassion. When he helped me, Jacob quickly resolved my issue -- which turned out to require AT&T-level support. His manner was professional, clear, and never condescending.
