After I purchased the item I was told wrapping would be done between customers and could take 5-10 minutes. 25 minutes later my present was wrapped and I was finally on my way. If I had additional shopping to do this would have been fine. Unfortunately I did not. So I stood and watched the associates talk with each other and slowly wrap the present when they were not doing anything else. I decided the best way to spend my time was writing a review. I will not be back to this Bed Bath and Beyond if I am in a hurry. If I have nothing else to do on a Saturday I may wander in and watch them take 25min to wrap a present again.

Which can be good or bad, depending on how you look at it. Yes, it is a bit crowded, but they have so many options. One benefit at the smaller store is that they do the gift wrapping themselves. At other bigger stores, they will just have a station set up to do it yourself. I've never had to wait for the gift wrapping like another reviewer mentioned. The staff is usually very helpful when I am looking for a specific item. The only disappointment was when my fiance and I visited on a Saturday hoping to start our registry. They have a very poor internet connection there so the wedding consultant couldn't set up our registry online. He still gave us the goody-bag so we could look through some of the catalog things and get an idea of what we wanted. We ended up doing our registry at a different store.
