The staff was friendly and helpful but since there were no new sticks that I had never seen before, I didn't buy anything. There is no lounge or smoking area. This is also a gift store for things like whiskey, glasses, humidors, generally masculine gift items, which is pretty cool. Given the nature of their location in Galena, it's expected that their prices are higher than you would find in other areas and they are, so no big deal.
