You don't really see that level of customer service anymore and I greatly appreciated it. Besides that, they have a great selection of video games and other media (including a massive selection of DVDs and other physical media to browse) along with all sorts of electronics. Sometimes they will set discount stuff outside to browse as well. Five stars, fantastic place and I hope to come again soon!

All the video games, media, & other merchandise is reasonably organized into their racks or display cases sorted by system or genre. The store staff is knowledgeable and friendly when it comes to their systems, other items they're selling or if I had a question about what I own or about to purchase. My son was having his Bday and I wanted to do something special for him. I rented the video game bus and it was quite the hit of his party. The process was very easy just needed to sign the contract and pay half upfront and day of the party the other half. Roy was very professional from the get go, he was very thorough and explained the process and answered all my questions. Ahhhhh I am so bummed I can't believe I don't have any pictures of the actual video game bus from the outside. I'm also bummed that I didn't even get the chance to play video games I. The actual video game bus I was too busy running around during the party. The bus is so clean, it's well kept and they just reupholstered it. The kids had such a blast and my son's party was a hit. They have a variety of games to choose from. Very pleased they came on time and great to deal with. I highly recommend them. Would totally use them again for the future. Best of all the girls had a blast playing also so don't just think it's for boys. The girls alone were very happy!!!

Anyone with an interest in anime, video games, or related hobbies will surely fall in love. They have a game selection from NES all the way to modern gen, with consoles from every generation on sale. Their video game prices are in line with eBay- not too crazy, but you gotta understand they have to make a profit. I got a few things I was looking for and was satisfied. Funko pop collectors will have a grand time, with convention exclusives along with commons for sale. For those who love Japan, they even have gacha machines. I can't recommend this place enough.

The store is nicely stocked with a little bit of the bookstore vibe of years past with categories of all kinds. They do have a big selection of children's books that include a rack of picture books and puzzles as well a section for young adults. There's not a lot of reference, DIY or self-help books but they've done pretty well with making a nice assortment of different genres available. They have a nice selection of discounted hard and paperback books, some audio books and assorted gifts. There's no coffee shop or couches to lounge in, no magazine or newspaper racks here, it's just books and that's okay with me. We bought a couple books and had a pleasant conversation with the very nice lady who was running the place all by herself.
