Over the years I have, on occasion, bought consoles from people on various online sites. Every single time GameStop has let me check the console with them to make sure it's up and running. Nothing major, just plug it in, throw a disc in it, and make sure everything is working. I'm not asking for a professional breakdown. Every other GameStop I have went to has done this for me as a customer, except this one. No you don't have to do it, no it's not required, but as a GameStop customer I come to you for this because I'm not asking a rando to come to my place or vice versa. The games are live and online, the game selection is excellent, and the trailer itself is incredibly spacious--it comfortably accommodated all the kids, with room to spare. This is a family-owned business, and it absolutely shows. The owner's sons are experts--they helped the kids get onto the games they wanted quickly, monitored gameplay, and made sure everyone was playing age-appropriate games, which I really appreciated as a parent. The truck was spotless, modern, and very well maintained. The neon lights outside were spectacular, and the VR setup outside the truck was an awesome bonus that kept the kids entertained nonstop. I booked 3 hours because I knew 2 hours wouldn't be enough--and I was right. Three hours was perfect! Thank you to the entire team for making this Phoenix's best birthday celebration so far.
