Luckily, this one is cleaner than some others in the area, but overall, there isn't much in the way of "organization" outside of the basic categories like kitchen, clothes, bedding, etc. Once you are in those general areas, the idea of finding things in any kind of order pretty much goes out the window. That being said, I can almost always find something fun at Ross. I especially enjoy the kitchen and bedding sections as they do really offer some great pricing. I'm dedicated to a good deal, and I don't mind looking for it. The clothes area is truly a hit or miss for me. I either find five shirts I want and take them all, or nothing that I want and leave empty handed. Much of what they have that I use I can find for a good deal less money someplace else that is usually closer to home. And this occasion I purposely stopped in because I looked online for an item that I have searched for in the past. They showed they had it in stock and when I got to the section you should be in I couldn't even find a place on the shelf or it could go. This is the same problem I had the last time I was looking for the same item and that was well over a year ago at a different location. Sadly their website just never seems to be truly up-to-date on much of what they carry. From my point of view if you're not looking for something specific and don't mind spending the money then this is probably the store for you. My one kid shops here for groceries because of allergies they have and items they can find here that don't give them the problems that they get from other stores.

I was looking to stop in one of their stores for an item I was looking for that I have seen in…read moreother locations. I was actually rather surprised to find two of them quite close to each other. I have now shopped in both of them and found items in both that were useful to me. The prices are always good and the service is always friendly in the stores. I am greeted every time. I enter the store and thanked when I leave. The stores appear to be quite clean and they have good signage throughout. All of their locations so far have been sent in areas with large parking lots with accessible spaces near the entrance. If you're looking for discounts, I'm pretty much anything. These are worthwhile to check out.

I would say that they are moderately/high priced here at Dillard's. Though I would also say it depends on what you're looking at. To me, a good pair of jeans for $100 isn't asking too much. If you're in love with them. Now for their customer service, I think that is one area they are lacking in. No one really seems to want to go out of their way to help a customer. At least this has been my experience. So if this was resolved, I think that they would be five stars in my book!

It's nicer than Macy's and Big Lots combined! This Florida Mall location is one of the better ones. I love the size of the men's department as they have a nice selection. Great shoe choices and plenty of shirts, pants, and other things to cover our man-parts. And luggage, they probably had some of the nicer brands of any store I've been to. I may end up here once my trusty carry-on craps the bed. This is a normal Dillards Department store and not like the Clearance Center store at Fashion Square. If you like Macy's, give Dillards a try and you might be surprised. Not "crap your pants and have a heart attack" surprised, but better than you may remembers.

They run amazing sales during the holidays, especially for their pants, which are normally 2999. I ordered a pair online for about $16 per pair. I also got a lilac sweater online and I had to bring it in because they left the ink tag on the sweater. The sweater I got was eight dollars and 99 originally it was a $30 sweater last but not least. I also really like their selection of Sephora products on the Sephora is a little bit smaller and the cove superstore, however, they still have really good deals and really good prices. I assisting Me today taking off My in tag was super nice and wished me a happy holidays. 10/10 However, I did not realize but shopping before a holiday can make the area very busy; I will try not to shop before Christmas day this year; was not realizing how busy the loop was gonna be !

Aside from the door greeter, don't expect people to walk up to you to help like other stores, this place is too busy. I will visit this store anytime I'm in Disney Springs to see what they have. For a store this size I usually expect to see more items and rare items, but on most occasions I see the same thing I would see in a Target or Walmart so unless you're looking for something VERY specific and looked already, don't expect much different. The only thing this place has different is the "make your own mini-fig" area. I did do it once and it wasn't super expensive, and there's not a SUPER big difference to parts you might find in the mini-fig bin. I'll still keep going though!

Then manager, that looks like he's on his last leg took my number to call me when other 4 appeared. Well went in today and he says there in the back somewhere, that he doesn't know where either, but has not stocked anything. I tried ordering online and they canceled order. Today he and another clerk can't even explain a receipt to me, they left me wondering. What the hell has happened to customer service!!?? This location is tucked inside of another shopping area. They do have a large parking lot, however,…read moreeverything is a little bit of a funky layout so be sure to pay attention to where you're going. When you get inside they do have carts over to the left hand side of the entry. The store itself is clean and well-kept. There were some things in random areas, but that's probably due to customers putting things back in the wrong area. The biggest issue here is the cash register area. They have not updated it so that it's one line for all the registers. They still have the old fashioned way of doing it where every register is step. There was a person who is returning items and this caused the line to back up to about 10 people deep. With only one cashier. They did bring up another cashier but it really didn't help move things along very quickly. The store itself looks like it's a little bit dated as well. I think the whole thing could probably just use a facelift and a bit of a modernization to match its sister stores in the area and it would do just fine. Overall: B An update to the way the registers are set up and a little bit of a modernization and this place could easily be a 4-star and up.
