5 hours ago I have frequent this game stop numerous times. Normally there is a young white man that is very nice and polite that works here. However, recently I have come to the store looking for action figures for my son and I have encountered a older black gentleman name Raymond ( 01-00747211). My 1st encounter with this gentleman was unusual to say the least. I was asking him about refurbish PlayStation verse new and he was talking about roaches with the warranty and as I was asking him about a new unit he kept speaking about roaches. How they get on the mother board etc. I said ok even though the conversation was becoming uncomfortable. I ask him about a different PlayStation with Spider-Man on the logo and precede to tell me that was his and he sold it, but somehow brought up roaches again. I left because I was unsure of what was happening. Now, fast forward to today we stop in to check on a preorder for my son. There were 7 people in the location including myself and family. As we walked in Mr. Raymond was assisting a customer. We walked to the back were another customer was waiting in line. My son always checks the case to the right of the store for new action figures I followed him moving to the other side of the store. I said excuse us to the customer in line and was stand near my child. Mr . Raymond looked up to wavy the gentleman in line forward and ask up to be mindful of social distance. I said ok. The store is small to begin with and we are not small people. We apologize to the gentleman as he went to the counter. My son did not see anything in the case so we went to the turn style near the counter. Again ,we are on the other side of the store and Mr . Raymond yelled at us again about social distancing. My husband wanted to leave because he said the Mr. Raymond was being rude. We left after we walked out I decided to go back and get the regional managers information, because This is the second time he has made me feel unwanted and uncomfortable in the store. My husband decided to follow me to make sure nothing went wrong. When we asked Mr. Raymond for his information, he tell my husband that he will only address him ,because he believes a women should stay in a woman's place. My husband was upset by the statement and again I was shocked by the statement. Now I believe this is personal towards me and yet so confusing. Bottom line is Mr. Raymond should not represent your establishment if he is a racist sexist even if he is black. He speaks kindly to White customers while treating black customers like we have roaches and COVID 19. Maybe this is what game stop represents. I don't know but this man is truly different. read more

The manager here is completely incompetent. Couldn't even post the proper hours. Don't come here. Also he is dirty and needs to take a shower the smell coming off him you could smell from 10ft away it was disgusting. read more
