The…read morebrunette lady working there was being really pushy trying to aggressively sell another family when they were trying on shoes and even when the older lady told her she didn't like the shoes she wouldn't let it go and kept trying to sell her on them. It came off very unprofessional. Then she kept walking past us asking us questions and it came off like she thought we were shoplifting. My niece tried on a swimsuit but didn't want it so my sister put it back on a shelf and we left. The energy in the store felt heavy because of how the brunette was acting so we didn't even keep looking and decided to leave. An hour later we are walking out of another store and here comes this brunette lady running across the store yelling at us making a big scene in front of all of these people asking where we put the swimsuit and so my sister had to follow her across the street back into the store to show her where she put the swimsuit. I can't believe that girl thought it was okay to approach the situation like that. Especially in front of so many people. She should be fired immediately.

The prices on clearance sneakers were super expensive! I think their cheapest "clearance" sneakers were $60 (the ones in my size anyway, and there's hardly ever any size 6 athletic shoes in any clearance sections anywhere). Yikes! I really don't see any difference between this "outlet" store and one of the regular FF stores. I'm not wasting my time here anymore. I had to go get someone to let me into dressing room. Then I walked to the counter to check out. The lady running the register was standing less than 10 feet from me - eating ice out of her little pink cup I stood there at the counter, waiting to check out for about four- five minutes while she just stared off, ignoring me. We are so close that I could almost reach out and touch her. I turned around slowly and laid all of my items on top of a display case. She doesn't say one word. I walk out of the door and she keeps eating ice. This crew has to be purposely sabotaging, but still. I cannot imagine anyone being that incompetent without it being on purpose.
