This shop means a lot to me and has created great memories for me growing up and even today as an adult. Bringing my kids here is kinda surreal because it feels like I've gone full circle haha anyways. The owners are awesome people and have always treated me with great respect and helped me with anything I was looking for and they rarely don't have MTG singles I'm looking for, ide say they generally have what I'm looking for 85% of the time. And if they don't have it they are always willing to order cards in for me! Their prices are very fair and I love coming here for events I always feel welcomed and never excluded from anything. I also love that they always make sure the kids are included and treat my daughters kindly even sometimes giving gifts like little penny cost Pokemon cards which might not seem like a lot but it's so big to them and that's those kind of things that leave good memories in little children's heads. Thank you Heroes and Horrors for bringing such fun into my life and may it continue to bring joy to my children :)

One of the cashier says she should probably open another one and she goes yeah you're probably right and continues to call somebody else up she then backs away from the phone and stands there. I got some fabric cut and the person at the counter was very professional and courteous as well we've been struck up a good conversation. We talk for a quick sec she cut the fabric and everything's good once I got to the front to pay customer service was great as well there.. I go here regularly when I need to get some work done, grab a coffee and a snack. However.... The coffee/food counter staff are a little rude. I was corrected in a condescending way when I was confused about what coffee drink I ordered. Also, they have nothing healthy to eat. Everything has fat and carbs. No veggies on the menu. I ordered what I thought would be somewhat healthy -- a veggie burrito -- but all it contained was white potatoes. See photo. The description said it had sweet potatoes (more healthy) and vegetables. But it did not. I didn't dare say anything for fear of being talked down to by the staff. I'll just eat before I go there.
