Hobby lobby was incredibly busy considering it is around Christmas time but there were only two registers open as what I assume is a manager standing by watching she calls one lady to open a register and continues standing by. One of the cashier says she should probably open another one and she goes yeah you're probably right and continues to call somebody else up she then backs away from the phone and stands there. I'm not sure how they are supposed to run things but I'm sure she could help out and get on a register. read more

I looked at the reviews for the store before I came in and I did not have any issues. Being a black man in the store it's expected people are going to watch me so I was looking for that from one of the people that work here and it did not happen. My experience is actually great the store is clean as well. Everything was organized and it was in the right place as well from what I could tail. I got some fabric cut and the person at the counter was very professional and courteous as well we've been struck up a good conversation. We talk for a quick sec she cut the fabric and everything's good once I got to the front to pay customer service was great as well there.. Me an my girlfriend and twin infant daughters just went here as soon as we got in the store they said code 10 and to turn the cameras on in the section we were in and to do a concealment check over the speaker and at first I didnt think anything of it but then like 5 employees started following us around and they where just following us the whole time down every isle doing nothing but watching us and pretending to look at stuff witch why the fuck would I want to shop In your store when im being PROFILED its most uncomfortable I make more money than that fat bitch who was glaring me down the entire time I was in their ill never shop hear again thanks read more

The last five times I've been in this store customer service has been terrible especially the ladies at the check out and even applying for a job I applied online three times three different seasons with them saying they are hiring urgently and all times I filled out a paper application right in the parking lot ran it back in and never heard back I had even called the manager to see what was going on with my application and never heard back which is odd because I have great work history I've just been a single mom for the last two years doing school full-time but they said that they had part-time positions available I just don't appreciate the lack of customer service and that goes for majority of the businesses in Cheyenne Wyoming at this time over the last year now being here it's been awful snd that's sad because Wyoming is known for being the cowboy state and being friendly but I can't say that anymore. read more
