Bought several games from the store, but came under financial hardship and had to return them two days later. The store manager Danny was rude and demeaning. He did his best to make me feel bad about the return and he and I got into words. A few hours after returning the games, Danny calls me to say that "my return couldn't be finalized". They really need to standardize customer service protocol. The first time I came to this GameStop the employee behind the counter was making fun of another customer (perhaps a friend), but then he turns to me and tells me to call that guy a profanity - some guy I've never met before. I was like, "Uh, no," and left. I recently went back again and this time there was a different guy behind the counter. This guy could not get off his cell phone. I just stood there as he typed away. He eventually acknowledged my presence but it was incredibly rude. Later I had another question for him regarding stock of another item. Once again his face was deep in his phone. He didn't even bother to look at me this time. I just stood there amazed. This type of service blows my mind. Courtesy is a word that is clearly absent from this establishment. read more
