Horrible prices horrible staff they don't mind their own business and will ban you at the drop of a…read morehat if they don't hear what they like if you use a cuss word your band if you disagree with them your band if you don't take the price they give you for an item your band for this simple reason I will not go there I have not been there in over a year and a half and don't ever plan on returning plus their price sticker will never ever come off your item don't buy a collectible there because this price sticker has ruined its value

I've been to this store twice to try and sell my Xbox. The first time they said I needed to bring a…read morecontroller to test it so they couldn't buy it. Why would a store that sells and buys console, games, controllers, etc, not have a test controller in order to test consoles and games? It makes no sense. The second time I went there I had brought a controller for them to use. Then they said it was turning on but it wasnt displaying on the screen. They pulled out another cord that they called the "test cord". The worker told me that "if this cord doesn't work then we know it's the Xbox because this is the test cord." They then told me it must be my console's HDMI port that is broken. The last time I used it, it was working just fine. So, I go home and the first thing I do is plug in the Xbox to test it myself. The console starts up just fine and starts displaying on my screen just fine. NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CONSOLE! I called the store and told them that I just got home and tested the Xbox myself and it was working just fine and told me I would have to come back tomorrow and try again. So now I've drove all the way through town on two separate occasions to try and sell the Xbox at their store and the expect me to do it a third time! Both times ended with me leaving the store upset and confused.
