I located a discontinued item at this location. There were literally only three in the entire US. I explained to Andrew that I needed this item and what I had experienced with the San Angelo, TX location. He assured me that although outside the norm it would not be a problem to help facilitate the shipping via a freight carrier. He sent me a link to pay for the item, provided the dimensions, weight, and even his cell number should something go wrong. I cannot recommend this business at all. My son was moving to Davenport for school so we ordered furniture where we lived in Denver and had it shipped to Davenport. The sales process in Denver was fine but things broke down in Davenport. The TV stand that we ordered arrived broken and the delivery / setup guys were not going to mention that issue. When we mentioned it they tried to fix it but couldn't so we had a replacement ordered. After almost a month of waiting we were informed today that the replacement arrived damaged so they would order us another replacement. That would take another 2-3 weeks but we would have to wait the 2-3 weeks before they could check for damage. Poor customer service and poor quality furniture. Poor delivery process and timing. All around this was a disappointing experience. read more

Oct 8.... I need to send a huge shout out to Furniture Row and assistant manager Jon Luc! My furniture has been on back order and finally it got here. The original sales guy and manager left and no one called when it got here last week, 10 months later. It was custom order from Italy not really worried about that! Anyway. He promised he would get my furniture here today! The driver called in sick!! So you know what he did! He personally delivered my furniture. He also has his CDL!! He put in a 13 hour day today so I could get my furniture to me. How awesome was that! And FYI he is from Congo and an legal immigrant! We are absolutely fortunate to have him in our country. This place is HORRIBLE! We have ordered from them twice now and BOTH times our furniture was delivered wrong! When we pay at the checkout-they double verify what we want in a sectional every time, but then furniture comes completely wrong! This should be double checked when it arrives. And also both times, one piece of the reclining sectional doesn't work. Then we have to wait another three weeks for the furniture to come in and another week after that to deliver it. So we've ended up waiting almost two months every time for "in stock" furniture. When I called in to see if the manager would maybe discount our sectional or offer something, he said they don't do anything like that for clients?? Ummmm... what? So they mess up twice in a row, but won't do anything to make it right?? NEVER going back again! AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Terrible customer service read more

Take your money elsewhere. I ordered a $2500 dollar couch during labor day and was quoted an 8-10 week delivery window. 11.5 weeks later, my couch showed up and there was a piece that was the wrong color. On top of ordering the wrong piece, they overcharged me $500 dollars for said piece. They reordered the correct piece in the correct color but I still have to wait another 12 weeks?! With no possibility to have a rush put on it. So after all is said and done, I will have been paying on a piece of furniture that is not correct or complete for over 6 months. How you have no type of quality control on thousand dollar pieces of furniture, I will never know. This place is not worth the frustration read more

I ordered a very expensive chair back in May and was told 2-3 weeks for delivery. At week 4 I called and was told the chair was on a truck and on it's way to the store and that I would have it by the end of the week. I just got an email today stating October. How does that happen? Went to look at kitchen tables and was pleasantly surprised by how genuine the sales staff was. I spent about an hour and a half in the store and never once felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. My sales associate was Kortney McNaught. She's great! Never again! I have had nothing but problems with my living room furniture. Ordered at befinning of November quoted that furniture would be here by Xmas. Paperwork said otherwise but I didn't realize it until I called about my furniture at Xmas time and was told up to twelve weeks. Got custom recliner first. Two weeks before couch set. Noticed within days that it has a rip in the seam, stuffing coming out of back . Wouldn't come get it said I had to drive it 45 min to them, ended up picking it up when delivered couches weeks later at 13+ weeks at end of FEBRUARY. Delivery person was put out having to pick it up. No one has told him. Problems still existed (too long to explain) still not right and have called for manager, told 2 weeks ago to email 209@furniturerow.com and that it goes to ALL the managers, Have emailed twice now with NO call. This is my second review of Sofa Mart. I am not usually a complainer, and I realize things can go wrong at times. I wrote before about the wrong sofa being delivered, and the lack of response I was getting from the store. After my review, the store was contacted by a manager and then they did an exceptional job keeping in touch with me. That being said, today, November 14th, the missing piece to my sofa was finally delivered. It was purchased in July. When the store called to notify me about delivery, I asked them to double check the order to make sure everything was right before they delivered it. I was assured that they did. The missing piece to my sofa arrived WITHOUT LEGS!! Really? How does that happen????? My husband called the store, and was told they would FedEx the legs to us. This is unacceptable.
